“very pleased”

Our stay was everything we could ask for. The gentleman that picked me up at the airport was very nice. When I arrived at the hotel, he carried my luggage into lobby. Big smile and greeting from hotel clerk and all interactions were pleasant through the stay. Will definitely stay there again.

“St. Louis Airport Holiday Inn”

While I feel the going rates on rooms is high, I would not hesitate from staying here again. I have had only (2) negative comments for the hotel which are the following: 1) The wireless internet service is greatly lacking. I was unable at any point to connect to the network in my room. Additionally the lack of dedicated cables in the rooms meant that I had to find other locations inside the hotel to conduct my work. This was an inconvenience as I did have to work at all hours of the day. 2) The restuarant in the hotel was not well lit and placed in the basement of the hotel. I should note however that the food was excellent, prepared to order and at a resonable price. Additionally the staff was fully on top of their respective tasks and the chef really cared for his work as when he was able to, he would visit every table to ensure that all of the patrons were enjoying their food.

“Impressive given the location”

We checked in for a second nights stay on Sunday The first night's stay was on a Friday. All went well, including a really good meal in the hotel restaurant. The Sunday stay was hampered at first by a hot water problem. The situation was resolved quickly by hotel staff. The hotel restaurant meal was again excellent. We were also provided two generous and delicious sandwiches for Monday's breakfast as our flight was early morning.

Everything was wonderful. The room was very cozy and the shampoo was from Bath and Body Works my favorite. The shuttle to the airport was very helpful. I only wish there was a free breakfast since we didn't have time to hit a restaurant before our flight left. I will definitely stay there again.

I was highly impressed with the hotel. First of all, it was less than 5 minutes from the airport. I didn't expect for the room to be as large as it was with a sitting area. It even had a refrigerator in the room. The room and bathroom were nice and clean and inviting. The ribs that I ordered in the restaurant were "off the chain." I would recommend this hotel to others and I will stay there again when I am in the St. Louis area. I have stayed in more expensive hotels that couldn't compare with this one. Besides, the price was right!!!

“Great Stay~wonderful hotel!”

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who needed a place to stay near the airport and about 15 min. from downtown St. Louis.
