“Great place to stay”
I really enjoyed my stay this past week. For a one night business stay it was very convenient, located next to many good restaraunts and provided an amazing view of the Arch. I was impressed by the workout facility, one of the best I've seen all year. As a frequent business traveller it was a nice surprise to find such an updated workout room. Starbuck's located on the first floor was a nice touch, in addition to the 3 restaraunts. My only complaint is the parking valet option. I don't mind the valet, in fact I chose it over self park. But when I come down the next day, valet the car back to the front entrance, don't make me go down to the parking garage and get it myself. Valet it back. Doesn't make sense. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.
“Pleasant stay in St. Louis”
Check in was quick and efficient and staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Room was very comfortable and asthetically appealing. Multiple parking options were available. Would definitly return.
“Loved our stay”
We checked in on a Wednesday and the valet was nice enough to hop in and move our van over while my husband checked in, he spent a few extra minutes answering our questions about the city. He was VERY nice. In fact all the hotel staff was great. The view from the roof was awesome a perfect place to take pics of the arch. The room was very nice, loved the flat screen TV and the contemporary style. Never got lost cause all we had to do was look for the arch and we knew our hotel was there. :) Kids missed not having a pool and the extra $20.00 a night parking was a little high, but loved the convience of the attached garage.
“It was OK.”
It wasn't the best place I have ever stayed at, but it certainly wasn't the worest.
“things they didn't tell me first”
I got excellant rates on the room, but what nobody told me was that you have to pay for the shuttle back and forth to the airport, like breakfast for two will cost close to $40.00. i guess if you are going to stay in a nicer hotel, you should expect it's going to cost more in the long run. but for my budget and my range of friends, i'm afraid i would not recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency on the Waterfront. This is definately a great place but only for the higher income bracket travelers.
“Swing Dance Mania Hyatt Regency St. Louis”
We thought it was great that we could see The Arch from our room. It was decorated with a modern flair. The bed was very comfortable aside that the room was somewhat small.
“Great value”
Great staff. Great location, when they say at the Arch, they mean it! Only problem is distance to Metrolink. Starbucks and Ruths Cris Steakhouse inside the premises. Nice breakfast. Overall, great value for what I paid. The room with a single bed was a tad small but nice. Bathroom could've been larger. Only major thing I did not like was that internet costs extra.
“alan”
was well pleased - attended State High School Football championships - short walk to Jones Dome and Arch.
“One of the best I've stayed in”
We came for a quick college visit and was very impressed how well we were treated and the accommendations. Would highly recommend!
“Great hotel, excellent restaurant-next to the Arch”
This hotel was nice. Parking was an expensive nightmare. The restaurant stayed open late. Good food. Good prices. Hotel maid service was a bit noisey.
