Excellent hotel in front of the Arch

Pros: Location. In front of the arch.
Cons: Bath tub was clogged... and it was a bit noisy. There were a couple weddings in the hotel and so neighbors were noisy.
Location: The restaurants at the hotel were good. It is so close to the Arch. Downtown area is nice.
We had a nice room, good view, location was great.

Pros: the 4 star treatment, from the valet team to all the hotel staff.
Cons: Hallway carpets could be replaced. Doesn't have the appearance of a 4 star hotel.
Location: Parks, Parks, and more Parks.. You are in the heart of downtown. The Arch in right across the street ;-). Hardee's is just 2 blocks up.
What's there to say? One of the most best experiences yet! The hotel was right infront of the Arch, easy access to interstate, walking distance to different parks and restaurants.

Pros: Love the shower!!!

Location: Everything is close by!!! Ruth Chris!!!! (Food) love it!!
Nice and clean great service!!! Only thing mad didn't have a pool!! But will go back again!! Everything you need was inside that hotel!!!

Got a great deal through the unnamed hotel option on Expedia and it turned out to be perfect. The breakfast was expensive but extremely tasty.

This hotel was very nice. Liked having a refrigerator in the room. The location was excellent. We could walk to everything! Really enjoyed the pub sports restaurant in the lobby area.

Wonderful view of the Arch!

We stayed overnight in St Louis and wanted a view of the Arch. We got just what we wanted. We slept with the blinds open so we could see the arch all lit up from our bed and woke up the next morning to that same great view. The staff was great also. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: Comfort and helpful staff. Plus, there were several restaurants to chose from.
Cons: Nothing
Location: The Arch, the Dome, and all downtown activities. Numerous restaurants (too many to count) were within walking distance of the hotel.
I was really surprised as to the quality of the room for the price we were able to pay for reservations at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with every request we had. The room was clean and very comfortable. We were also very surprised to get such a view from our hotel room. We had a wonderful view of the Arch in St. Louis and the surrounding park. Hotel was a little noisy while we were there -- they had approximately 5,000 Salvation Army people there for a conference and they were quite noisy. Other than that, our stay was wonderful and will definitely choose this hotel again and book with Expedia again, as well.

Cons: The parking situation is horrible. I do not know how it can be fixed given the location.
Location: Across the street from the St. Louis Gateway Arch. Within walking distance to Busch Stadium and other downtown activities.
Across the street from the Arch. Within walking distance to Busch Stadium and other downtown activities. Excellent facilities. Parking is atrocious. Valet parking is $26 per night, but if you want to park yourself, it is a block away. There is quite often a long line of cars and cabs at the entrance of the hotel causing traffic problems. The self parking is okay after you get used to it, but it is so frustrating finding a spot, the garage is like a maze. You have to unload your car at the hotel entrance, then get a map so you can find the parking garage, the hopefully find a spot and then remember where your car is at in the maze. The cost for self-parking is very reasonable, much more reasonable than $26 a night. That is just way out of line in my opinion.
