Across the street from the arch.

Posted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: Just about everything. And if you ask them to waive the WiFi charge (what is this, 2008?), they will.
Cons: The valet parking is very expensive. Fortunately, you can walk to the Arch, Busch Stadium, the Rams stadium, and City Museum.
This was my second time visiting this hotel and again, it was a great stay. The people (esp. Melissa) were great and the location is fantastic (across the street from the Arch and down the road from Busch Stadium).

You can't be closer to the Arch

Posted Sep 16, 2014
The hotel is really nice and the arch is so close you could touch it. There are also some resterants in the hotel and a a Starbucks for breakfast. It's a good place to stop on the road to somewhere else.

Hotel close to Busch Stadium

Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: Clean, comfortable and close to stadium.
Cons: No HD for game.
Location: Cardinals game, old courthouse and Arch.
We stayed at this hotel after we went to Cardinals game. It was in walking distance and was very comfortable and clean.

Not what you would expect!

Posted Sep 9, 2014
Location: Very inconvenient unless you just want to go to the arch.
Cramped room, poor A/C, no water pressure, and VERY poor soundproofing between rooms. We were awakened at 3:30 AM to our neighbor carrying on a long phone conversation. A very disappointing stay.

worst experience ever

Posted Sep 7, 2014
This is my first time in Hyatt, and it is going to be the last time. The staff is arrogant and rude and not patient. I booked a king size bed and they gave me a queen size bed, saying that is the best they can do because I booked through third party (expedia). It turned out that the room is so small and the facilities are old. The A/C is making noice all night. I booked the hotel with breakfast, and they charged me again for breakfast. I am still talking to them about this issue. The parking is also confusing. Nobody tells you where to park. I have stayed with many hotels, and this was the worst experience ever!

It was one of the bad stay I have ever had

Posted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
I booked 2 rooms with 2 beds in each room. While arrival they given 2 bed in 1 room and 1 bed and a sofa in another room saying this is what we can give and sorry for the trouble. What kind of service is this. Being a reputated hotel this is not expected from them. It is so disappointing. A hotel is proved good when it gives best services in holidays and rush hours.

Centrally located, great in-building shops & food

Posted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: Right on the river, view of the arch, plenty of shops and restaurants on the ground floor
The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were great, loved the key card mechanism. Ate at the sports bar downstairs twice--the food was tasty, and the wait staff were great. Rooms had enough outlets to charge all of my devices, which I appreciated.

Great proximity to Busch.

Posted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: location, cleanliness
Cons: /valet/parking fee was a little steep--even for the convenience of it.
Location: close to arch, downtown nightlife, casino, and ball park.
In town for the games this past weekend (GO CUBS!), and this served as a very convenient location.
