Beautiful hotel downtownPosted Sep 5, 2014
Lovely stay. Beautiful historic hotel. Very accomadating. We flew in late with a midnight arrival & asked for a late 1pm check out. It was no problem. The staff were wonderful. Loved the comfy beds. There is no pool unfortunately. Front desk even ran a small errand at the local convience store for us. Highly recomend!

Great stay in downtown St. LouisPosted Aug 30, 2014
We had a 2 night stay in St. Louis and were lucky enough to book at the Omni Majestic Hotel. It was absolutely beautiful, from the lobby to the bar/restaurant to our room. The location was very convenient and also had a shuttle service to drop you if your destination was too far to walk to in the downtown area.

In St Louis for a few daysPosted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: The friendliness and the cleanliness. It was very easy to find.
Location: There are a few restaurants near by but most of them are six or seven blocks away. The Arch, ball stadium were too far to walk for us.
My wife and I were in St Louis for a few days and wanted to stay downtown. We settled on the Omni Majestic Hotel. It was as beautiful in person as it was online. The staff was very accommodating. The location was not as close to some of the things that we wanted to do and had to drive to most of them. The parking is not that great but that can't be helped, it is downtown! We would stay there again if we were ever in town. Great place to stay!

Nice but datedPosted Aug 1, 2014
Pros: Historic charm, location.
Cons: Badly needs updating.
This was a fine hotel, in a nice location, but it felt a bit dated. The colors, fabrics, and general decor all seemed a bit old and dowdy. For example, the TV was an old-fashioned tube tv. Not a big deal, but when everything's old, it gives a certain effect. The bathroom was also underwhelming. But the view was good, the bed comfortable, and the hotel was close to a number of nice restaurants, so it was overall a decent stay even if it wasn't as nice as we'd hoped.
