“be affraid, be very affraid.”
My air conditioner was broken and the desk clerk refused to move mewhile talking over the phone. I personnally went to the office, the owner showed up and said put him in a new room, no problem. The exterior looked like an original Holiday Inn. The bed was awesome. this quality inn demeans the word "quality"
“Dirty Room”
We walked in the door and room felt dirty. The carpet had not been vacuumed and the room smelled musty, there was a cleaning checklist on the table, bits of paper on the floor, and a used wash clothe sitting on the sink. The hotel was not full that night and the continental breakfast was fine the next day, but we got the impression that the hotel staff didn't really care about keeping the place clean.
