“Helpful staff!”

Very convenient to airport. Safe. Good value as it included breakfast. Will stay again on our next visit

“Not Impressed”

Available parking was poor. Lobby was undergoing renovation and was difficult to access front desk. Overall condition(s) of the hotel were dirty. Room was dirty. Coffee maker was missing parts, so could not use it. The windows were difficult to open and then keep open (very old / aluminum style frames circa the 70's). Vending machines appeared to be missing from several areas of the hotel where they once may have been placed. Room was never serviced once during stay. I don't anticipate re-booking if I'm ever in this area again.

“Not Impresssed at all BADDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!”

Run when you see Quality Inn St. Louis Airport Hotel. There was no TV in the room the window was busted out. There were wires rip out the A/C unit. I had to check out of that room.ALL BAD!!!!!

“eXCELLENT”

Never expected this Quality Inn to be this nice and simple yet a great deal. We were driving by when we found this hotel and its a small little gem because of the amenities near airport. We found the service and the room to be in nice condition. Lots of savings in this summer time as no parking fees and hot hot free breakfast. Great deal and great service!

“Served its purpose”

The staff and service were excellent. It was a good place to stay overnight for a very reasonable price. The breakfast was substantial as long as you like scrambled eggs, pancakes and sausage. No fruit was available.

“Too much hot water!”

For a overnite stay (on a budget) the room was not that bad. But the halls were musty and hot, the room was musty and the shower was hot. The cold water did not come on. In the rush to hit the road I neglected to inform the staff.

“Will never stay there again! Worst place I've ever stayed at in St Louis and we go there often!”

Dirty pool, couldn't hear the tv over the air conditioner, when we went to ask for clean towels they were "out", the water to the shower, well, you'd be in the middle of a shower and it would shut off!!! It would come back on slowly and be cold. Did this several times during the showers and was NOT fun! Was suppose to be non smoking but you could smell cigarets as soon as you opened the door from the stairs, yes stairs! No elevator so don't pack your rolling bag full! Ice machine, one! Bottom floor at the end of the hotel. I think you all get the point >:-|

“Stay Away”

Air was messed up, it was 107 outside. The chair was sticky. When you stood up, your shorts stuck to it. The whole place was a mess

“Disappointed by mildew smell”

Too many negatives for me to return. I stayed twice at this hotel during my business trip to St Louis. Mildew odor permeated both rooms. Bathroom tubs were stained and shower had water pressure issues. Dining options nearby are very poor and the adjacent restaurant, The Golden Pancake has very low quality food, although customer service was good. Excessive noise in rooms close to front desk (avoid Room 208!) and the free breakfast featured with a nights stay is unfortunately at the Golden Pancake (not recommended). The pool was not available during my stay, and a visual inspection revealed the presence of green algae growing abundantly in the pool. Shuttle to and from airport very convenient and customer service good. Front desk clerk polite and helpful.
