Great Spot, friendly, clean, nice atmosphere

Great Spot; friendly, clean, nice atmosphere. My only issue was the walls were paper thin and I could hear the conversation in the room next to me word for word.........including the kids playing video games.

Nice hotel close to airport

Not ideal for lounging around pool with friends. No outside food and beverages allowed in the area. Staff not the friendliest when they confronted us that we could not feed our kids pizza and that we had to go back to the rooms.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. Our local health department will not allow food not cooked in the building in areas zoned for food service. I do apologize that we did not explain this better. Quick Stay For Airport Next Day

Very nice hotel close to downtown St.Louis

Pros: The breakfast buffet was marvelous. The room was very comfortable and cheery.
Cons: Handrails in the bathroom would be very beneficial for getting in and out of the tub.

My experience at the hotel was fantastic. The checking in and out process was prompt and everyone were quite courteous. Parking on the premises very accommodating for entering and exiting the hotel. I would definitely consider staying at the hotel when visiting St. Louis.

I was processed quickly with no wait at the lobby. Friendly staff. Great bar and restaurant with great food. Just amazing

Very Nice

Pros: Design. Friendliness of staff. Rooms.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Airport close by.
We stayed here on our way to Orlando, Fl. Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Class to the airport. Beautiful set-up. Would stay again.

Renaissance Hotel -St. Louis Review

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The building is well maintained, friendly staff, and its near the airport. The breakfast was not the best (food was salty and cold), however the waitress promptly corrected the problem when brought to her attention. I look forward to staying at other Renaissance hotels in other cities.

I could of stayed at an Inn and got better service. The price was not worth it. Who runs out of bath robes??? Like seriously???

Not worth the money

Pros: Not much
Cons: Customer service by the staff and general maintenance.
Valet wouldn't park the car due to the coming storm and sent us to a lot the was clearly marked closed. Then the power went out and couldn't park in any of the lots. So the weather was to bad for the valet's to park the cars but not the Customers. Inside the room the desk was broken the sprinkler system was in a cut out in the ceiling and the fixtures on the towel racks were not connected to the wall. For the price you pay at this hotel it wasn't worth the money.
