Not worth the money

Pros: Not much
Cons: Customer service by the staff and general maintenance.
Valet wouldn't park the car due to the coming storm and sent us to a lot the was clearly marked closed. Then the power went out and couldn't park in any of the lots. So the weather was to bad for the valet's to park the cars but not the Customers. Inside the room the desk was broken the sprinkler system was in a cut out in the ceiling and the fixtures on the towel racks were not connected to the wall. For the price you pay at this hotel it wasn't worth the money.

Nice hotel!

Pros: The view and the friendly staff.
This hotel was awesome for my family. They put us on the top floor so my kids could watch the planes take off, they loved it! The staff was super friendly, would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel.

Pros: Staff and comfort.
This is a beautiful hotel with many nice amenities. The staff was nice and the room was quiet and comfortable. The price was reasonable, but then you pay extra for everything, and the restaurant was pricey. You get what you pay for, though, and everything was top notch.

Best hotel in St. Louis

Pros: Everything. The staff was polite, respectful, courteous and profresional
Cons: Nothing
Location: The arch, St. Louis Zoo, the Budweiser brewery and many more
The staff, the restaurant, and the atmosphere was amazing. No negative thing to say. Love this place. I took my wife here for a St. Valentines day weekend getaway and she absolutely loved it. Would recommend this hotel. Great location also.

Disappointing Valentines Day

Pros: Nicely decorated, both in room and in lobby. Front desk staff was very friendly, Katie especially.
Cons: Parking was difficult, had to walk pretty far from hotel. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms, subpar service outside of check-in at front desk.
My husband and I stayed over night on Valentine's Day. Upon arrival we were put in the wrong room, a double (how romantic right?) and were told the only King room left was on the 3rd floor next to the elevator. Okay, not ideal but that was better than sharing a double bed with my bed hogging husband. Since we got in late, we decided to have a romantic breakfast in bed in lieu of dinner. After running back down to the front desk to get a pen, we filled out their form, had it hanging on the door exactly as instructed but in the morning, the breakfast never came. The order was never even collected from the door. I told the manager who checked us out of the problems we had and showed her the breakfast order. She just told me if we ever come back maybe she could give us half price on breakfast or something. I wasn't looking for any hand outs anyway, I just wanted her to be aware, but that is a pretty poor offer considering our completely missed Valentine's breakfast. Very disappointing trip.

Was shocked that this was an aiprort hotel. Beautiful decor, lobby, and the restaurant was excellent. On the level of a Marriott in a major city.

One night stay

Disappointing based on the brand. Old rough towels and took 22 minutes to get an elevator down from the 3rd floor 2 of the 4 looked like they worked and all that arrived were full. Took 6 before I could get on. Friendly staff and clean old room.
