“Great place to stay and awesome value”

Hotel was very clean, spacious, well appointed and the breakfast was great -- a lot of variety of fresh food with the staff being extremely pleasant and willing to provide excellent service. The breakfast is provided for a decent amount of time each day and those that go to breakfast late still have all food options available with a smiling staff! My only concern with this hotel was that I had called at noon to see about checking in early and was informed that no king rooms were available and that if I waited until actual check in time there would be kings. We went to the baseball game and when I checked in at 7pm was told there were no kings available. Location is good if you don't mind driving for activities ... if you want to be in downtown St. Louis and walk to dinner / the ballpark, etc. it is a bit far. I would highly recommend this location and would stay there again!!!

Nice hotel. Not on the MetroLink if you want to ride that, but have a complimentary shuttle to take you where you need to go. Nice room!

“Good accommodations near downtown.”

Our room was quiet and clean with plenty of storage and space to work. The windows were operational; some rooms have balconies. The staff were often very busy with kids who were sometimes hanging out at the front desk but overall were generally helpful. There is a 24hr store at the front desk for snacks and necessities. Groceries delivered if needed and same-day laundry service available. We were part of a large group staying at the hotel and often met in the large, comfortable social area off the lobby that included fireplace seating. There was a decent minimal buffet-style breakfast each morning and our only complaint was there were not enough fruit choices. We used their shuttle service and the driver was very friendly and professional. The fitness rooms gets an A.

“Perfect for Mardi Gras”

Stayed here for Mardi Gras with a group of girls. It was PERFECT for us! The breakfast was great every morning, they were pretty linent about noise, although the hotel was not noisy at all. The one draw back was the hotel bar, which closed 2 hours before the bars. The staff at the bar were really rude as well! Our room was clean and VERY big. Had a great time and would DEFINITELY stay here again!

“Unsatisfied”

It was NOT worth the cost! The rooms need to be upgraded especially if you are paying the price.
