Good hotel but hard to locate when you drive inPosted Oct 27, 2013
Pros: Close to high way location and well managed place
Cons: Some reliable hints to find this hotel. There was another sheraton in Westport location , that was easily located
After Imfound the hotel , every thing went as good as can be.

Comfortable StayPosted Oct 21, 2013
Nice hotel for the money. Pleasant staff; room very comfortable and clean. My stay was very short. We parked in the garage very close to the door and away from the rain and cold air. Really worked out well. Would repeat and would recommend for the money.

Filthy roonPosted Oct 6, 2013
Our bathtub was dirty with several hairs in it. The sheets had a yellow stain ( urine?) on them. The staff was very slow to address our concerns and we left without being able to shower. NASTY! The AC was blasting when it kicked on, freezing us out.

Convenient to night time entertainmentPosted Sep 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was super convenient being located in West Port Plaza. Dinner, music, and evening entertainment made it a one stop visit. We could easily walk between hotel and restaurants and felt safe in the area.

Don't go on first impressionPosted Aug 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
At first. We had the wrong room. And it was not. Turned down. It was discusting. However the manager made it all good. We were moved to a very nice clean comfortable room and other emenities were given to us. The staff was great and the food delicious. The pool relaxing aand fun. Very family friendly. Overall. Great care was given to us to compensate for our first opinion I learned that some people have no respect for others or their place. That is a Shame. Thank u all staff. You went the extra mile to insure a great stay !!

closest we could get to the city at a reasonable pPosted Aug 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
we were under the impression that we would get a king-size bed when we booked this deal, but when we arrived in our rooms....we had two doubles. not the end of the world but as 2 couples in 2 rooms, it was not ideal.

Nice hotelPosted Aug 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was nice and clean. The hallways need some renovation, but that does not affect me so much. My room was clean. I have read reviews that the bathrooms were small but I thought they were fine, all I care is that it was clean and it was. The staff were super friendly and helpful. This was perfect location for hanging out at Westport on a Saturday night everything we wanted was with in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, choose room with carePosted Aug 5, 2013
Cons: Noise proofing the rooms
Location: Westport has a wide range of dining options, from burgers and pizza to sushi and hill Italian. Entertainment options includeive bands, a comedy theate
Nice hotel with a great central location and good dining and entertainment options a few steps away! Have stayed in their king rooms and was disappointed with the sounds penetrating the room. In one case, the ice machine was across the hall and in another, the elevator could be heard. And, the elevator was three rooms away! If they work on the noise proofing, my ratings would go way up as everything else was great!
