Everything was great, except Adam.Posted Apr 14, 2014
Everything at the hotel was outstanding. The room was very clean and very little noise could be heard from my room, even though I was overlooking the bars in the plaza. The positives barely outweigh the negatives (or negative). I believe his name was Adam, he was a front desk clerk. His demeanor was horrible, he never smiled or welcomed me to the hotel. I walked passed him in the hallway a few times during my weekend stay, and still no greeting. Every other employee was very welcoming, asking me if I needed anything, but this guy was just awful. I don't mean to sound harsh, but he was the negative aspect of the stay. When we checked out of the room, he sadly was the clerk that assisted. I asked if the charges from my breakfast on Saturday were placed to my room and he didn't answer verbally, merely shook his head. He printed my receipt and said "here ya go", then looked down at the computer without so much as a goodbye or thank you. I'd highly recommend everything about this hotel, I just hope your experience with this employee is more pleasant than mine.

Very enjoyable stayPosted Jan 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
We are a return customer to this Sheraton hotel. As expected our stay was very enjoyable and we find it very convenient to the local Westport restaurants and night clubs which are within a short walking distance. The breakfast buffet needs to be be refined a bit further, but the coffee and everything else about our stay was fine. The hotel staff were very courteous.

Nice place to stayPosted Jan 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
This is a very nice place to stay. Very convenient to all the Westport Plaza attractions like the Funnybone, the Trainwreck, etc. The only negative is that they don't offer free wifi. You have to pay either daily or for the amount of data you want. That's kind of cheesy since this is supposed to be a really nice place to stay.

Not bad, but would not stay there againPosted Jan 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very mixed feelings from this hotel. Quite far (~25 mins) to Busch Stadium and other downtown POI. Hotel is old, the rooms are average and the lobby is quite nice (that's about the nicest you will find). If you can spare the extra 30-40 bucks, get one closer to downtown, save the drive and the not so impressed accommodations of this hotel. Peace!

Good hotel but hard to locate when you drive inPosted Oct 27, 2013
Pros: Close to high way location and well managed place
Cons: Some reliable hints to find this hotel. There was another sheraton in Westport location , that was easily located
After Imfound the hotel , every thing went as good as can be.

Comfortable StayPosted Oct 21, 2013
Nice hotel for the money. Pleasant staff; room very comfortable and clean. My stay was very short. We parked in the garage very close to the door and away from the rain and cold air. Really worked out well. Would repeat and would recommend for the money.

Filthy roonPosted Oct 6, 2013
Our bathtub was dirty with several hairs in it. The sheets had a yellow stain ( urine?) on them. The staff was very slow to address our concerns and we left without being able to shower. NASTY! The AC was blasting when it kicked on, freezing us out.
