Average, but I expect more for a Marriott affliate

We were never able to connect to WIFI. When I called the front desk, she said the entire system was down. When I made the comment at checkout the clerk said there weren't any problems that she had been made aware of. Conflicting information from people who should know is always a turn off for me. At check she mentioned special instructions for connecting. Connecting to WIFI isn't rocket science. Any special instructions should have been in the room. WIFI wasn't even mentioned in the room portfolio. Refrigerator never really got cool, even after having someone come in and adjust. The clothing rack was broken and coming away from the way, cabinet door under the sink was broken, and the microwave was missing a foot. Individually, these seem like nits. But collectively, the colored the entire experience as mediocre. I am used to more from Marriott.

Nice hotel in a great location

Bed was very comfy! Breakfast buffet looked good with hot and cold choices. Mini fridge and microwave were nice to have in room.

It exceeded our expectation! The room was big. Very clean. Two tv's. A kitchen. Separate sink and mirror from bathroom makes getting ready easier for more people.

Pros: It was roomy, quiet, and elegant. The breakfast was excellent with a big variety of healthy and sweet options.
Cons: I don't think this can be improved, but the traffic in the afternoon/early evening as well early in the morning going to & from St. Louis is heavy.
Location: It was 20 to 40 minutes from downtown St. Louis (depending on traffic). We did a graduation, the Arch, the Zoo and a Cardinals game.
I couldn't be happier about this hotel stay. It was clean, smelled good, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had lots of delicious options. I looked forward to coming back to a freshly made bed, clean towels and a comfortable bed each evening. I will definitely look for SpringHill Suites by Marriott the next time I need a hotel

Nice hotel for the business traveler

Pros: Contemporary decor, bed, bathroom, and overall feel in the room
Location: No restaurants close by. Sort of stranded feeling.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I feel very comfortable in the room and appreciate the contemporary decor.

It was a great hotel. I really enjoyed the breakfast. There were several options.
