Comfortable,Clean and ConvenientPosted Feb 16, 2014
Pros: The staff was more than friendly and helpful, they were extremely professional. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable.
My stay took place on a weekend where the hotel was hosting a conference. It was busy and crowded, however that did not diminish the quality of the service I received.

Beautiful hotel close to airportPosted Feb 15, 2014
I wasn't expecting such an amazing hotel. There's a huge parking lot, free shuttle to the airport, wonderful restaurant and bar with room service and beautiful rooms with Saint Louis views!

Never againPosted Feb 13, 2014
Upon check in they didn't find my reservation, an the lobby was clustered an crowded so it took me 4 minutes to get to the desk. Room was so far away from the elevator we got loss an teenagers in costumes where running in the halls an no one even came to stop them. I will not stay at the Marriott Airport again this was a horrible experience.

Location: closeby shopping and airport along with the availability of an airport shuttle--cant get better than that!
We were expecting the worst storm of the midwest so we booked this hotel for convience near the Lambert Airport in St. Louis. On our arrival the staff was very welcoming--excellent facilities too. Very pleased will definately use this hotel again.
Close to Airport, easy hwy accessPosted Jan 6, 2014
Pros: The Starbucks in the lobby
Cons: Don't advertise a queen bed when it is not
Even though I am a Marriott Rewards member, I still don't get free wi-fi in the room? The so called queen beds are really double beds so trying to fit 2 people and be comfortable is not going to happen.

Helped us in a pinch!Posted Dec 23, 2013
Pros: The staff was great and the hotel restaurant was really good.
Cons: Rooms could use a little modernization.
Location: Very close to the airport… that's all we saw.
The St. Louis Airport really helped us out of a jam the night that southwest airlines delayed our flight and we couldn't make it back home to OKC. The hotel is decent, but what really stands out is their service. They were really accommodating to us and our needs when we didn't have our luggage or toiletries. The hotel is definitely older… I'm guess built in the late 70's or early 80's. I felt the price was a little more expensive than it should have been but we didn't have a whole lot of options either.

A few staff let the place and their coworkers downPosted Dec 5, 2013
Elderly male bar attendent was not on the ball. Served substandard nibblies after a forty minute wait. We ordered a meat platter w pickles and bread. we got five pieces of salami, a few chips and fresh berries but were charged the same. Next day at the restaurant, the waitress finally came to collect the payment and without looking was going to keep all the change which would have constituted $67 for a $33 check. When we said we would need the change, she took it upon herself to withhold a tip for herself. Note: you would have gotten a much larger tip had you not done that dearie! There was a coffee maker but no cups or condiments in the room. Reception did not answer when we rang so I went down to request. Half an hour later someone wanting a tip for their effort (please!) brought two cups up for the four of us to share along with two coffee creamers and two sugars. I do have to say that the gentlemen who helped w luggage and airport transport drivers were fantastic and did their jobs with pride. We rewarded them handsomely. Several of the staff were very friendly. To be fair, it was just 3 to 4 staff that really let the place down. When this happens you notice everything that is wrong and it tarnishes the whole experience.

My husband and I reserved room for a much needed getaway. We reserved a King size bed and when we got there they told us they overbooked King size and we received 2 tiny double beds. One of the double beds blanket was filthy. Paint was peeling in bathroom and decor very outdated
