Property was closed upon my arrival. Guests were not notified in advance. A security guard at the property said people kept arriving and you could still make reservations online that day despite the property being closed and locked. There was a sign on the door as the only notification. Fortunately Expedia worked hard to find me a new reservation elsewhere.

OYO hotel was closed for construction when we arrived and no one contacted us to let us know. We were stuck looking for a hotel at 8 pm. Not happy.

It’s definitely very dated and hasn’t been unkept at all. It has potential to be a really nice hotel if they maintain it and update it. Only real complaint we had was that our deadbolt lock didn’t lock at all. We also could’ve visible see the light all around the edge of the door from the hallway.

They charged me $25/night for parking; this was not mentioned on their website or I would not have booked here. Total rip-off. The restaurant is permanently closed and there are no food options within walking distance, so you have to get in a car to drive for breakfast or any food. No coffee pot in the room - even fleabag hotels have this. There’s a coffee urn in the lobby in the morning but that’s it. Nasty stains on the carpet, cracked lampshades, phone didn’t work to call the front desk, and chair upholstery was torn with stuffing poking out. I never leave reviews but just couldn’t let this one slide. Avoid at all costs.

This is an older building that could use some updates, but it's very convenient in location to Enterprise Arena. We were able to easily walk there for a Blues game. The rooms are large and everything worked well. It was pretty cold outside so we were glad that the room stayed warm and for the hot water in the shower. The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful.

hotel rooms need updated wall paper peeling off walls stains on carpets and furniture. lamps in rooms had burned out light bulbs.The hotel is convenient for a game or concert at the enterprise center but that is about it.

Here for the location only
The location was great for the areas that we wanted to visit. We could walk to a lot of those areas from the hotel. The hotel itself needs updating, our room had quite a few suspicious stains on the floor and we each only had 1 very small pillow (throw pillow size or smaller) to use. Also there was only a very thin blanket on the bed and no extra pillows or blankets in the closet. Also only 2 towels in the bathroom. The bed was hard and lumpy and we woke all through the night due to how uncomfortable it was. The location is really the best thing about it.

The hotel is in need of renovation but other than that it was fine for the 2 nights I was there. Beds and bathrooms were clean. Lisa, the front desk clerk, was very helpful with information about places to eat and other ideas. Metrolink is right across the street so made it easy to get from airport and back.

Picture 1993 with a dirty bathroom
The carpet in the room was stained. A dirty wash cloth was left hanging over the shower curtain rod. It felt like 1993 in regards to decor and furniture. The vending area was dirty and the pop machine looked sketchy. The sheets seemed clean, so we stayed. We will never return.

HORRIBLE place to stay
I had to switch to three different rooms. The first two rooms I was in had no heat whatsoever. I spent the first night freezing. The first room they put me in smell to High Heavens. They brought some spray but that didn't help much. Did they call was falling apart. I stayed at this hotel in 2014 and it was in much better shape. Was not worth the money at all. I was totally disappointed. Wallpaper falling off.

Extremely dated, bed was caved in and angled at least 15 degrees toe to head. Couch was caved in. Missing paintings on the walls. Clearly was smoked in once upon a time. Would rather have paid more for a nicer property.

The lobby and hallways were very nice, customer service at front desk was really nice. Rooms condition was very nasty. Hair clumps in the bathroom, poop smears in the toilet, stains all over the carpet in the room and a horrible mildew smell. Was not pleased at all with our stay.

If you're looking for convenience, then this hotel is right for you. The fact it was so close to the train station made my three days in St. Louis incredibly convenient. As for the overall look of the hotel of the hotel, it was doable. The room was, of course, great. My bed was kingsize, and being able to change to thermostat was incredibly handy during the chilly, rainy nights. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the St. Louis Ferris wheel. Probably weren't a lot of exciting dining options within walking distance, but all you need is one look at Google maps and an UberEats accounts, and you won't grow hungry. I was apprehensive about the carpeting throughout the hotel since carpets are usually a breeding ground for bacteria and all sorts of outside germs. They were spotty in certain areas and looked as though they needed a thorough cleaning. That's my only complaint. My room, which included a kingsize bed, probably didn't look as bright and vibrant as the pictures advertised. However, it was a fairly good place to lay my head, and being so close to public transportation gives me very little to whine about. Receptionist were great, of course. Thank you, OYO!

This hotel is no only dated but not kept clean. The carpets were filthy and stained. The small cafe was also not open on time in the morning which left several guests waiting for coffee since in room coffee waa not available.
