Hello and thank you for the feedback. Our hotel is not under construction and I realize it does look like this from the street. The University/Hospital complex next door is expanding next door to us. Hello Linda and thank you for your feedback. The garage is owned and managed by the hospital next door to us, the hotel rents the convenient parking spots for our guests at the low cost of 15 per car, per night. All parking garages sizes are the standard size. Thank you and have an enjoyable week.

When our staff is alerted to this, our security does let the guest know they will be charged 250 (which is listed on the registration card at check in. Dear Elise: We apologize that you found parking to be difficult. Our hotel rents parking spaces for our guests in the garage that is attached to our hotel. To enter the garage, guests need to check in first and our desk staff member will provide a key that opens the garage gate. The entrance to the garage is a few yards from our front door on Forest Park Ave. and you can also exit on the Forest Park side of the garage.
