Convenient to Busch Stadium and Scottrade Center.

Posted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: We liked the location and the amenities. We thought the staff was pleasant. Check-in and check-out were easy. Lovely facility.
Cons: The breakfast buffet was disappointing. The food was cold. The waffles tasted stale, as if they had been around for several days.
Location: Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village are across the street on the east side. Scottrade Center is an easy walk. Several bars/restaurants are nearby.
We chose this hotel mostly because of its proximity to the Scottrade Center. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean overall and well maintained. Parking was easy -- even self-park was easily accessible. When we checked in around 4:30 p.m., there were still maid carts in the hall (7th floor) as well as room services dishes outside several doors. We left the hotel and returned at about 9:30 p.m., and the dirty dishes were still in the hall. That was kind of disappointing to see at a hotel of this caliber.

Nice hotel close to Busch Stadium and Scottrade

Hotel is ideally located downtown. The rooms were really nice, especially for the price. The breakfast was best I've had at a hotel.

An anniversary "stay-cay" in town

Posted Oct 27, 2014
We wanted an upscale, urban hotel for our anniversary evening and this was the ticket! We got a great price at $135/night with complimentary parking and a good breakfast the next morning! Large hotel room, great bathroom for a couple. And if you want close to the ballpark - it doesn't get closer! (Not sure I would get a room facing the ballpark if there is a home game and I want a quiet night, however)

Perfect location...Wonderful rooms!

Posted Oct 27, 2014
Pros: Size of rooms. Location. Bathrooms.
Cons: The breakfast buffet is just so-so and the wait staff was a bit slow.
Location: The Westin is directly across from Busch Stadium. It's a 2 minute walk to Ballpark Village and right off the interstate.
I got a discounted deal on Expedia so no other hotel could beat the price or even come close! Even at the regular rates, the hotel was worth the cost. The hotel was very close (right across the street) from the stadium and just a 2 minute walk from Ballpark village. The rooms were extremely spacious. The bathrooms were awesome with both a tub and shower. We were upgraded to a king suite for one of our rooms and it was spectacular. We were able to get 4 rooms all right next to each other on short notice. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard (the waitstaff service was a little slow, but they were busy). I would definitely stay here again even at the standard price. It's one of the better hotels I've stayed at in the St. Louis area.

Anniversary weekend

Do you know when you look online to book a posh and luxurious room, and the photos look amazing on the web page but then you arrive and the real deal is nothing close to what you thought? Well, Westin is not going to dissapoint you like that. What I saw online is exactly what I got. Great and spacious room full of luxury. The whole building is modern built inside, really nice . The staff was great and very welcoming. There are really great restaurant near by the area as well. For the price that I paid, it was excellent.
