Close to where I had to go

It was nice the staff was helpfull and very nice. I would stay again the rooms were big. They offered service better than any other place I have stayed before. All the staff had a smile on their face everytime they would see you. I felt like I was at home. Thank you!

Not one of Westin's best

Pros: The free breakfast and free parking.
Cons: Make sure the comforter and bed in general are clean as well as the curtains. Make sure room service is still piping hot when delivered.
Location: It is right next to Busch Stadium, but it is not baseball season, so the surrounding area was pretty dead.
First, our room was not easy to get to. Second, the comforter on the bed was dirty as well as the curtains covering the tiny window view we had. Third, room service took a long time and the food was not hot when we got it. This is definitely not okay considering they charge a $5 upcharge and 23% gratuity. The only thing I did enjoy was the free breakfast, which was buffet style, but had a lot of good options. I've stayed at other Westin's before, and this one does not live up to the expectations that I had from the other ones.

Executive suite- very nice with meeting conference table for 6, living room, powder room and full bath and separate shower. Expertly decorated and usable.

Nice....but

Pros: The bathroom was amazing!
Cons: TV
Very nice hotel....the bathroom was amazing and staff was friendly. The only issue we had was our TV did not work, we called maintenance who came to "fix" it. However, when we returned to our room later in the evening, the TV was still not fixed.... Staff was very quick to offer free parking....so we weren't mad! But just wish they would've fixed the issue or told us it could not be fixed rather than my husband having to call twice and threaten!

Very nice hotel. Staff was great. Rooms were very clean and new. Seemed has been renovated recently. Close walk to bars, Busch stadium.

Great Stay!

Pros: Quick check-in process. Cleanliness. Friendly staff.
Location: Close to Amtrak, Metro, Scottrade Center (concerts and Blues Hockey), Busch Stadium (Cardinals), and Ballpark Village. Many restaurants closeby.
Stayed 1 night as we were in town for a concert at the Scottrade Center. Short walk to the arena, Metro, Amtrak, Busch Stadium, Ballpark Village, etc.

Awesome experience. Beautiful hotel, spacious and very clean rooms, and convenient to Bush Stadium and ScottTrade center. We've stayed twice and have been very happy both times!

Staycation

When I entered lot to go check in the valet person both then and when i walked back out to my car was rude and treated me poorly. Later that night I walked down and ask for a new set of towels because our toilet had over flowed and was told that they would be right up and never arrived. I had to go down and request them again

Great Experience!

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing noticed!
Location: Great location! Located in Downtown tight next to the Ballpark.
First, the staff, lobby, and room were in fantastic condition. I flew in very early in the morning and meet my Wife. Even at 4 a.m. the service was great. My wife and I planned to stay at the Hotel for three nights to do some Christmas shopping. We had an unexpected issue arise that required us to leave early. The Hotel and management could not have been more accommodating. We have already booked another few days at the Hotel and it earned our loyalty!
