I have tried to cancel or change my reservation and we could not get in contact with the hotel via Expedia or myself. I was not able to make it to the hotel or change my reservation. This is unacceptable and i would like to be contacted to explain why a taso so simple as changing a reservation could not get accomplished.

Terrible Rooms!
The entire first floor was under renovations. It was a complete mess! I'm glad I didn't have my children with me because there were hazards everywhere. Our room didn't have AC. We didn't realize this until we returned from our concert. The shower was dirty and gross. There was also no water pressure at all. I hate complaining, but I had to say something to the front desk. When I went downstairs to complain, I had to wait in line as there were other unhappy guests complaining. I spent $179 for this room and it wasn't worth $50! I will never stay here again. The ONLY convenience is that it is walking distance to the concert venue, however not worth it, in my opinion.

Check in was AWFUL. I asked for a manager and they informed me that there is not manager at this hotel. I could not understand that staff members, their english was not good. Very unpleasant stay. The room was not clean. Construction was occurring and the hallways had debris everywhere. Will not return to this hotel.

They charged us, but did not honor our reservation. DO NOT BOOK HERE. We arrived at 5:00pm to find people in the lobby who had been waiting over an hour and a half to check in. The listed check-in time is 3:00. The person at the counter verified our reservation of 2 king rooms and said they would be ready in 15 minutes. This guy continued to say it would be 15 minutes for over an hour. Finally they let us check into 1 queen room and said a second room would be ready when we got back from our concert. Mahamud at the front desk guaranteed it. As we left, he put up a sign saying no other reservations would be honored that night. Others asked if they could get a key and come back when the rooms were ready and were told no. There was a crowd of people trying to check in. Several of them never got rooms that had had reserved and were offered no assistance in finding somewhere to stay. When we got back from the concert there was no 2nd room available. Mahamud said the housekeeping staff left at 7:00 and the rooms weren’t finished. The 1 room we got was dirty and the toilet wouldn’t flush right. Apparently, new management bought this hotel about a month ago and started a remodel. They did not tell those with reservations that their rooms wouldn’t be ready. In fact, they just kept confirming reservations. Very disappointed in Holiday Inn Express. I’m hopping I don’t have to dispute the second room charge on my credit card to get refunded.

Wouldn’t book at Holiday Inn Express!!
Well, it’s more like a non stay. The hotel was double booked, stood in line for an hour to be told there was 4 rooms left, and the first 4 in line would get them. There was about 20 people in front of me. We were 3 hours from home, to attend a concert, that we booked the room in October! No communication from hotel, no help in getting another room, just 4 rooms left. They had the bathrooms closed off in the lobby, had to walk to a gas station to use the bathroom.

I booked a double Queen room June 4th-June 5th and upon arrival, it took us one hour to check in because there was only one person working. When we finally got to the desk, the hotel staff told me that there was not any double Queen rooms available. We then had to be switched to a kind room and one of my guests had to sleep on the couch. When we got to our room, there was urine on the toilet seat. There was a huge crack in the window, and outside the window was a huge mess, there was trash, wood, it looked terrible. I know there’s renovations happening but buy a dumpster and maintain the property so that the customers feel safe and clean. I would like to be financially compensated for my room.

The Falling Down Hotel of Horror
Horrible. There is a terrible smell as soon as you walk in. The whole place smells like sewer. We waited in line for 20 min to check in because previous check ins were all coming to complain about something wrong with room. Our room was decent. No complaints except AC not working. It’s 95 degrees outside. We asked for it to be checked. 2 hours later asked again. Left for a concert. Came back to a stifling room. Asked again. Finally got him up here to be told “sorry, it’s broken. No other rooms. You’re out of luck” Do not stay here

Facility is under a remodel. TV’s weren’t working due to cable issues supposedly but ours still had the new clear plastic on it Breakfast was supposed to go until 10 am but they were out of a lot of the normal things like scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. Only protein option was sausage.

The king bed was very comfortable, however the pillows were a little flat. The air worked great as well. This hotel is located right by dave and busters and a really nice gas station. Only other thing was the bathroom was very small, my husband and i could not get ready at the same time.

Apparently building under renovation. Lady at front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Had to change one of our rooms three times because of television problems. Found out on last day that my room door lock would only work from inside. Room was able to be entered from outside without key. On positive note breakfast was great.

When we first arrived, the room they gave us wasn't clean so they moved us to another room. The second room was clean, but didnt have hot water to take a shower at 1:00am and the shower knob came off. We was looking for someone to help us at the front desk and there was literally no one to be found. We called the front desk on our cell phones ( also there are no phones in the rooms) several times and went to the front...no one to be found. The next morning, my mom spoke to the front desk attendant told her what happened and immediately she switched us to a better room. Granted they are under new management and doing renovations. The breakfast was good. You can tell they are trying their best with what they have.

Friendly and helpful staff
Pam was very friendly and helpful and we appreciated it very much when she allowed me and my friend to stay way past checkout because my friend was too sick to make it to the car. Pam was very understanding and was able to give us a few more hours for her to rest.

Everything was good except the fact that the person at the front desk did not know how to check people in. She told us that she had to wait for some one to help us because she did not know what she was doing! There was a line around the lobby of people trying to check in.

No glitz no glam just a room with a leaky toilet
For the cost I just expected more not to say it wasn’t an adequate room, it was, but it was a little dated and it’s age was starting to show. What my main problem was that the toilet was leaking on the bathroom floor, likely from a bad seal, and when I made this known to the clerk I was told that he would be there shortly. No one showed and I had to use most of the towels provided just to keep the water from pooling in the floor. Since it was only a single night that we were there I didn’t think it necessary to make an issue of it. Other than that and the sub par breakfast it was a hotel room that’s about all I can say for it.

No Room after Booking/Paying!
Not sure if this is more of a Hotels.com issue, or this hotel; or both. After driving late at night and finally getting to this hotel, we were told they didn't in fact have a room for us. She could see the reservation, but told us that, unfortunately when booking through a 3rd party (hotels.com), your room is not guaranteed. (*Sidenote- she was nice.) Needless to say, this was super frustrating and resulted in hours of driving, exhausted, into the middle of the night. Now waiting on my refund. Will only book directly with the hotel itself from now one. No rewards system is worth that.

Had an amazing stay!!
Stayed here for a concert and had a wonderful stay!! All the staff were so friendly, the room was great, easy walk to the amphitheater and the breakfast was delicious and had many options! The building is definitely run down and may be a bit overpriced but overall I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely book again!

The room was pretty clean but there were stains in the shower. There was a picture that was suppose to be on the wall but it was resting on the floor against the wall with brackets still on the wall. The breakfast was great!

We stayed here on Saturday for the Morgan Wallen concert. It was super convenient location wise. Only a few minutes away from Hollywood Ampitheatre. We did notice our room wasn't as clean as it should've been. There was a full old coffee cup under the keurig and there was used bar soap left in the shower.
