“Weekend trip to the Twin Cities”

Overall a nice and quiet stay. The only problem I noticed was a few dogs and owners did NOT do a good job cleaning up after them. Plus - my room key would not work on one of the outside doors (for entry). Otherwise - I like the location - easy to get to and from downtown. I just wish they could afford more coffee and maybe some donuts in the a.m. Nothing fancy, just something simple.

Area recommendations

If you are traveling to and from downtown Minneapolis, it is a very nice trip/commute. A very nice neighborhood and it seems safe.

“Nice, but dirty”

We had a nice suite for a very reasonable price. The only complaint I have is that the vents were absolutely filthy. The vent above the bathtub was black with dirt, it's clear that it hadn't had any cleaning in a very long time. It was visably disgusting. I don't expect them to physcially clean out all the ventilation all the time, but they should at least attempt to keep up a decent appearence.

“Everything was perfect.”

It was the closest to being at home away from home I have been in a long time. What wasn't ideal ... not being able to stay a couple more days.

“Very Impressed”

Our room was excellent! Just perfect. Comfortable bed, full kitchen so we could fix our own meals. Especially appreciated the office set-up with free internet connection in room, plus wireless in lobby. This hotel is perfect for families on vacation or someone on business. I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Very nice hotel...”

We stayed at this hotel a couple days before we left on our honeymoon. One of my ONLY complaints was we had paid for it in advance, and when we called and confirmed it, they stated it was all paid for. When we checked in they want a credit card, which we expected - however you must know that they have to be able to authorize it for so much for each night that you are there. We did not expect this nor plan for it. This could have seriously hurt our honeymoon plans as this is not a small number. They will refuse you a room, even though you have already paid if you can not get a card to authorize, and they will not take cash. The two room suite we rented was very nice! The bedrooms were great and specious. The kitchen was just the right size. We did have a few burn marks on the counter, and the bathroom door was a lil damanged, and the sofa was a bit hard. HOWEVER it was very nice, cozy and the service was good other then the deposit. Pool was a bit chilly but very clean and good surroundings. Laundry facility is VERY NICE. Exercise room, was good for a small hotel. We would stay there again and again!!

“Meets my Every Need”

We (meand my wife) Have stayed at this hotel several times due to its proximity to our son. We find the facility is confortable and homelike. We enjoy being able to make our own breakfast and having the facilities to store food which allows us to prepare meals for visitors This hotel is reasonable in term of price and is accessible from the interstate and close to downtown Minneapolis.

“Nice place”

This was a great place to stay. We had a studio-like apartment complete with stove, dishes, dishwasher, etc. Easily in walking distance of food/shops, and easy access to highway leading into city. The one negative comment was that the halls/room smelled like bug spray. Other than that (temporary?) problem, it's a place I'd recommend without hesitation.
