i believe Bay Gardens has captured the essence of quality customer service; the rooms were great, you felt welcomed and special, the food was great, prices not too bad when compared to other islands. its location allows free beach access and all the main eating places, cluds etc are within walking distance. We left the club at 3 am and walked back to the hotel with no problem. keep it up guys.

“Great hotel”

My friends and I had a great time at Bay Gardens Hotel. For budget-focused travelers who wanted a nice place but didn't care about sea views, this was the perfect place. I was glad to have access to Bay Gardens' beach and restaurant, but not to have to pay the higher price to be beachside. As Bay Gardens Hotel is only a 15 minute walk from the beach, this was fine by us!

“The pictures say it all!”

It is a beautiful hotel with a great staff, WHEN we go back to St. Lucia, The Bay Gardens Hotel will be our hotel again. It's in a great location next to everything even a mall. The restaurants onsite has such a wonderful staff and great selection of local food! The hotel staff goes above and beyond their duties to make sure you're comfortable and taken care of. I can't say enough how much my husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon that much more because of the extended service we recieve.

“A Wonderful Hotel that we can highly recommend”

The Bay Gardens Hotel was a wonderful experience. Complete with a free welcome drink, we really felt appreciated and right at home. The rooms are basic but are well equipped with a mini-fridge and an air conditioner. The bed was fantastic and the sheets felt clean and new. One of the best things about the Bay Gardens Hotel is its location which we found to be safe and in one of the best neighborhoods in St. Lucia, Gros Islet, Rodney Bay. The hotel is isolated away from the main strip of restaurants and nightlife of Rodney Bay but that is a good thing and all of the key things about Rodney Bay are a short walk away from the hotel. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

“We love Bay Gardens in St. Lucia”

Bay Gardens is great. We stayed in the Jr. Executive Suite of the hotel which was a very nice size with a seating area and kitchenette. The staff was very friendly and extremely accomodating. Our room was cleaned everyday with fresh linens and clean towels as needed. I must admit I was hesitant at first having stayed at the Bay Gardens Resort through my timeshare in the past. But I was very pleasantly surprised. While it isn't the resort, for the price it was beyond my expectations. It was cozy, comfortable and really like a home away from home I would certainly return and recommend to anyone considering the Rodney Bay area. The added bonus is the ability to use the amenities of Bay Garden Resort. I look forward to returning for our next St. Lucia vacation.

Maybe in the future Bay Gardens Hotel could consider a continental breakfast or all-inclusive, making it easier for the guest who which to stay in and relax.

“great place to stay”

We had never been to St.Lucia and just took a chance with Bay Gardens. Although not right on the beach, it is only a five min. walk and also close to restaurants. Very clean and the staff is friendly. We would go back!

“i did not want to leave”

i was very impressed with the service and friendliness of the hotel. i was there to relax ans see the island. they continued to ask me if i needed anything. if i wanted to go some where they called a taxi for me. if i wanted to do something they helped me to make the contact and schedule the activity for me. it is a quite hotel. i could walk to places to eat and a shopping area. i cannot wait to go back.

“Great Hotel”

I suprised my boyfriend with a trip nto St Lucia for a Graduation present and I couldnt have choosen a better hotel!!Everyone went out of the way to make sure we were happy! The Hotel is so cute it was just what we wanted! We had a little kitchen which came in handy when going down to the market. Room service and the restaurants on site were very good wonderful activities at the hotel! Great staff. We wouldnt stay anywhere else when we go back!
