“Great hotel for second honeymoon”

The staff were very friendly,went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable from the security guard to the barman,ordered room service same was delivered in a timely manner and the food was very good had an excellent stay.

I have never been so comfortable at a hotel. The staff was very willing to accommodate us in any way. They were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed staying nearing the mall. We were able to walk to the beach, to eat and to shop.

“It's locally owned”

I like Bay Gardens and always recommend it to people that I know who are travelling to St. Lucia. I like staying in a hotel that is owned by local people. I feel that I am contributing to the island's economy and not to outsiders who are making money from the island's resources. Bay Gardens Inn and Bay Gardens Hotel are both kept immaculately and are very attractively appointed and each has a pool, a bar and serve excellent local food. They are staffed by lovely people and they try very hard to make sure you are comfortable. They are great at relaying messages and at providing the services that make my stay comfortable and convenient.

“"Simply Wonderful"”

Bay Gardens Inn was home to our family for 18 nights. We had such a wonderful time there that my skeptic hushand and hard to please kids did not want to leave. They had a simply wonderful time. My 6yr old son and my 10 yr old daughter had a blast with the pool and the wi-fi. We all enjoyed the AC. We welcome the mini fridge and kettle but would welcome even more a microwave (of course, BGI's staff had no problem reheating whatever we ask in the hotel restaurant). We had a pool view from the veranda and also enjoy the sunrise, rain and distant hillside view. Daily maid service gave this mom a relief--thanks to Malessa and Ms. Jules.

“Nice place”

Recommendable for low budget tours, probably also good place for family holiday. Mall and restaurants around the corner, 2 stops by bus or minor walk to marina and beach. To the beach also a shuttle is provided with 30 minutes schedule -

“Comfortable no frills place to stay”

Simple and clean with convenient amenities. The standard room was large with a porch. The staff was helpful and friendly. Because it was affiliated with another beachside resort, free shuttle service was provided to the beach with access to the other hotels beach facilities, lounge chairs etc. It was walking distance to the beach, places to eatbars and nightlife. However, I would not recommend having breakfast there.

“Wonderful Budget Hotel”

Great hotel for the price, extremely convenient to Rodney Bay Area even though its not directly on the beach. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, overall a very nice way to spend a week!
