Great locationPosted Aug 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
The King Room was very spacious and comfortable. The service in the restaurant was excellent. The music played late at night in surrounding establishments can be disturbing for those who want to do touring the next day.

Great hotel for stay in heart of Rodney BayPosted Jul 13, 2013
I've rated this 5* for what it is....a very good quality 3* hotel. Great location in Rodney Bay, nice bar/pool area - not at all over-crowded while we were there. We booked 2 room suite at back of hotel - garden view suite....much quieter than front which can suffer from street bar noise. Restaurant good but others nearby if you want a change. Staff friendly and helpful. Hard to fault.

Good value.Posted Jul 10, 2013
Pros: All of the above.
Cons: Hard to locate if you're driving (recommend a cab), signs for turn offs would be very helpful. Plenty of parking, though.
Location: Not on the beach- a short walk away. Many restaurants and bars very close bar- it was fun to explore.
Wonderful staff, comfortable rooms, attractive and pleasant pool and restaurant/bar. A very good value.

A true Lucian GemPosted Jun 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
My stay was great , it was a combined work/vacation trip. This is not my first stay at Coco Palm, my experience there have always been good. This time it was so obvious how the (all) staff would bend over backwards to assist you. Even when you were thinking out loud and a staff member was around they tried to assist. Eg: a Maintenance man was passing a freshly picked coconut to a worker at the bar,,,I jokingly said "wheres mine" he said "yuh really want one"and I started to describe what kind of coconut I would like,,the restaurant worker quickly offered me hers, the maintainence man said " nah she want a soft jelly one I get her another one" next thing I know a knock on my room door and there is my coconut..This made my day esp. when I realized the coconut was exactly as orded,,,truly made me feel special I enjoyed every morsel.

Great location and roomPosted Jun 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
We only stayed here one night while passing through the island and we loved it. The hotel is a sprawling complex but what we saw was a very clean and amenity-rich hotel. The breakfast that came with our room had a great variety and all the food was very good. The surrounding area is very tourist oriented and there are many American-style restaurants only a few hundred feet from the hotel entrance. All-in-all we were very impressed with Coco Palm and we will definitely stay there again if ever on St Lucia.

Great hotel, great location, great time!Posted Jun 26, 2013
Pros: Service, friendly staff, great breakfast, location and proximity to airport, downtown and restaurnts
Cons: Room lighting, knobs for hanging clothes, towels. Look to keep mosquitoes out of room.
Location: Great location. Plenty of restaurants closeby - all within 10 minute walk. 2 minute walk to 2 of islands' biggest mall. Great beach - 2 minute walk.
Absolutely wonderful and relaxing atmosphere. Had a great experience for good value. Great place for couples. Plenty of restaurants to choose from everyday. Shopping as close as a 2 minute walk (duty free as well).

Lovely hotel is comfortable but poshPosted Jun 17, 2013
Pros: Location, facilities, clientele, amenities
Cons: Signage to the beach!
Location: Restaurants, clubs, beach, snorkeling, cruises- lots!
This hotel was easy to find, personnel were helpful to the extreme, and it was a good value. Spa services available, fun bar, delicious full breakfast - complimentary! Only issue was, we had trouble getting to the beach and found that it was very close - but adequate signage is lacking for folks who don't rent their own vehicle.
