More 3* than 4.5* but nice hotelPosted Sep 10, 2014
Pros: I liked the fact that the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere and was close to the beach - about a 10 minute walk. The pool was very nice also
Cons: Hotel was advertised as 4.5* but felt more like 3*. The covers on the chairs in the restaurant were soiled and dirty, the curtains in the room were n
Location: The hotel was very close to the Beach/Shops/local bars and restaurants - all within walking distance which was very convenient
Although the hotel was not as plush as we had anticipated we did have a nice holiday. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The food at the Creole Restaurant was very good although the meals in the main restaurant were also nice. It was also good that the Hotel laid on entertainment on Thursdays/Fridays/Saturdays & Sundays in the form of live local bands

Very nice boutique style hotelPosted Aug 24, 2014
Coco Palm is a very nice smaller-scale boutique style hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It's about a 5 or 10 minute walk to Reduit beach; although the beach isn't very long or wide and largely taken over by several large resort hotels.

Too Many mosquitosPosted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: The only positive of this hotel this year was the food - great tasting food in both restaurants. Also it was good that breakfast was included n the pr
Cons: The hotel needs to spray for the mosquitoes.
I have stayed at this hotel before and have had a great experience, which is why I returned again this year - but this is the last time!! I was in the Coo Kreole part - basic and not as lavish as the Coco Palm side - very disappointing. The rooms are smaller, some much smaller, and the furniture was mismatched. Not very comfortable after having stayed on the Coco Palm site before. The hotel does not spray for mosquitoes and boy they were plentiful. Too many to comfortably enjoy my stay here. I had to go out and buy citronella candles to put in my room.

Nice hotel close to restaurants and beachPosted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: The food, the massage, the location and the pool.
Cons: The shower drain was higher than the level of the shower stall floor and so water never drained completely or fast enough.
Location: Next door to the mall and lots of eating establishments and hot spots. Walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to transport to downtown.
Good hotel with lovely pool and good food. The menu is quite varied and the service is good. The pool is quite large and clean. The location is a bit noisy at night especially on weekends. the rooms are quite spacious and the beds are comfortable. The spa is good and Monique is a pleasant, friendly and excellent massage therapist.

Wonderful Anniversary Trip!Posted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: Our concierge, Peppy Albert was fantastic! She knew just what we needed to make unforgettable memories!
Location: The hotel was centrally located to all the happenings! Rodney Bay Village is a great area with many things to do.
The staff at Coco Palm helped to make our stay most enjoyable. Their attention to detail was excellent! We will always remember our St. Lucian experience.

Nice hotel close to Rodney BayPosted Jul 15, 2014
The hotel welcomed us with a complimentry bottle of wine and few decorations. The room was very clean and came with all the necessary amenities. Twice daily hotel staff ensured your bathrooms were cleaned and if you went out at night, you will be greeted to a nicely turned down room on your room. While buffet breakfast came with the room, it's offering were only rotated every other dy. However, the lunch and dinner meals are reasonable and taste much better than some of the restaurants nearby. In all, it's a wonderful hotel that is highly recommended.
