There are also supervised children's activities (complimentary) and babystitting services (surcharge) available, including a nursery and children's club. On-site activities include beach volleyball, horseriding, kite surfing, and use of 4 outdoor tennis courts.
The hotel offers complimentary wireless Internet access in public areas and around pools. A lobby computer also provides high-speed Internet access (surcharge). Coconut Bay offers a variety of entertainment each evening, ranging from live music and top-notch performances to weekly themed dinners including Caribbean Night, Pirate's Night, and Country and Western Night.

The resort's oceanfront water park (complimentary entrance for guests) has a 750-foot (229-meter) lazy river for tubing and 2 serpentine water slides, one open and the other a closed tube.
A 98-foot (30-meter) freeform pool contains garden islands, cascades, and alcoves with banquettes and cocktail tables. A freeform activities pool with volleyball net is surrounded by a sundeck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Isolated at one end of the resort is an adults-only area with a 35-foot (11-meter) freeform pool, a sundeck, and a lawn with lounge chairs and hammocks under coconut palms. The 4 pools and lazy river (but not water slides) are open around the clock.
A picket-fence complex for children ages 3–12 includes a water-play area with water cannons, fountains, and overhead tip-over buckets; a playground; a covered outdoor activities area; a children's swimming pool; and an air-conditioned clubhouse with video games. Supervision is available from 10 AM to 5 PM, during dinner 5 nights weekly, and after dinner until 10 PM (hours subject to change).
The resort is situated on approximately one mile of beachfront with light-colored sand and views of the Maria Islands (a wildlife reserve just offshore) and Moule à Chique (the headland at St. Lucia's southern tip). An offshore reef and rock breakwaters keep water calm in most weather.
The resort supplies snorkeling gear. Windsurfer rentals are available during busy seasons on a beach 0.75 miles (1 kilometer) south. Other watersports, including scuba diving, are available on beaches near Soufrière, 27.5 miles (44 kilometer) north of the resort on the west (Caribbean) coast.
Land sports include beach volleyball and cricket. The 4 tennis courts and two basketball courts are lighted. Daily activities include yoga, Tai-Bo, pool aerobics, and dance classes.
ATVs, kayaking, and biking are available along the southeast coast of the island.
A rainforest canopy tour offers a bird's-eye view of treetops and across rivers (surcharges).
