“Fun for everyone”

Fun, food, entertainment and drinks!!!! Friendly and courteous staff, clean surroundings, great ambiance...truly a slice of paradise. My family and I had the time of our lives. I would certainly recommend this resort to anyone and everyone!

“Superb location for family vacation”

An excellent resort for a family vacation. The kids have a fantastic time in the pools and slides. The service is exceptional, with very friendly and helpful staff, who go out of their way to secure your comfort. The bar staff are impressive, providing superb cocktails upon request.

Had a great long girls weekend trip to coconut bay. Everyone was friendly, the entertainment was great and the food was worth the price. Highly recommend it to anyone and I plan to be back with the family

This is our second trip to Coconut Bay and it was wonderful. The staff, the food and the entertainment were great.

“Awesome vacation”

The place was great. Coconut Bay resort in ST. Lucia. We were told that they were only at 40% capacity because it was the off season (October) This was great for us. No waiting, excellent service. The buffets were excellent, the bar tenders were excellent, the ammenities were excellent. 4 or 5 pools, lazy river tubing, pool bars, great gym, great nightly live music. All excursions were pick ups right at the hotel except for the land and sea which we cancelled and went on almost the exact same thing by another name. I understand we got lucky because it was the rainy season, but we only had one day and 1 hour on another day of rain. Zip line, horse back ride were great too.

“Good Place for the Price”

Overall,we really enjoyed our stay. The food was good, the staff was very friendly, and the resort was very nicely maintained. The only glitch was the ants in the shower area of our room. The cleaning person sprayed the shower and for the most part took care of the problem. Everything else was good. This is the place to stay if your looking for quiet relaxation. The resort offered a lot of on-site entertainment so we didn't have to leave in order to find things to do. It was also nice tohave an "adult" only pool area.

“Beautiful Resort - Wonderful Experience”

This resort exceeded my expectations. It is located only a few minutes away from the UVF airport. Upon entering the resort, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming staff. The check-in and check-out procedures were painless and brief. The staff there creates a family-like environment and they are extremely accomodating. There are many activities to keep everyone occupied - and they meet a variety of interests. Overall I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to have a relaxing vacation in the sun.

“Very enjoyable experience, would go back.”

Staff was excellent. Food in main cafe was good and no waiting for table, in reservation resturant the food & atmosphere was excellent. Bad service from Avis car rental, they try to rip you off after returning car. Would try a company from tourist magazine. If you want calm Caribbean waters this is on the Atlantic side with rougher surf.

“great stay”

Overall the hotel met and exceeded our expectations. Great for kids, the waterpark is fantastic with a lazy river and a couple of slides. The service has always been very helpful and pleasant.
