Pros: Food, pools, staff, private beach.
Cons: Need to communicate about the activities more. It seemed we stumbled upon cricket and horse shoes.
Location: Drive north to Latille waterfalls. The groundskeeper has been working on gardens for 20 years. Beautiful, wonderful plantings, proud.
We really enjoyed our stay at Cbay Resort. The food was fabulous. The staff is amazing and incredibly friendly. Marvin Louis was exceptional. Marvin really made our visit a memorable experience. The best service and always smiling. Jimmy - catch him if you can at the pool bar. He will most certainly take care of you - super fun. Mitch is great. Get him rapping away and you will be entertained. Loved the sailing and snorkeling. Ocean waters were so warm.

Fantastic family holidayPosted Nov 20, 2013
Pros: All common areas, drinks, food and kids club staff specifically. All staff were very helpful.
Cons: Room decor and repairs.
Location: The hotel is the whole deal, pools, water park, kids club, beach, adult area, family activities and gym so unfortunately we did not see the island.
This hotel would be a five star holiday if the rooms were upgraded. They were shabby, dated and bashed up. Although they were very clean. I will post pictures soon. The rest of the hotel and staff were amazing. The kids club was outstanding and our 4 year old had a blast. Food in all restaurants top quality, the speciality ones went out of there way to extra please. Nothing was too much hassle. I did address the room conditions with guest services who made a half hearted attempt to find an upgraded room. My main bone of contention was the hotels over advertisement on their website and on trip advisor that they were closed for the whole of September for refurbishment and most of the rooms were not refurb'd.

Fantastic way to spend a vacation!Posted Aug 29, 2013
Pros: The all-inclusive part was a new concept to me but that was the best part of it to me. All the food was included and that saved us a lot.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind
Location: The location is near the International airport but there isn't much near it. It's a little isolated with the town on the other side of the airport.
My sister and I decided to travel to St. Lucia and looked over a lot of places where we could stay. I saw this resort online and it caught my eye. First of all for the time of year that we went there it was just off peak season and we got an incredible deal on it and second after looking at the reviews we decided to book it. I would not regret it at all. It was a fantastic place to stay. They staff was warm and helpful. The entertainment was great. The food was DELICIOUS. The beach next to it was lovely. I really enjoyed having the different pool areas and all of the activities at resort though we didn't participate in much of them. The tour/excursion desk staff were really helpful and we were able to book our activities right there on site and it made it really convenient. Over all we had a fantastic time here and would highly recommend this resort to anyone.

Very relaxing! Love the pools and hot tub.Posted Aug 19, 2013
Pros: Clean, spacious and 5 minutes from the airport.
Cons: I think the bathroom can be more accommodating for seniors. Personally bathrooms should have an enclosed shower and easy for one to step in and out.
Location: The location is just right. There should be entertainment nightly for the guests.
The hotel staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. We made some friends who were guests also at the hotel. The food was good. There was a wide variety to choose from.it is the second time we stayed here and the hotel looks nicer with the new paint job. We will return.just let us know when the rates are low. Thank you!

Great hotel, close to the airport!Posted Aug 9, 2013
Pros: Proximity to the airport (with the windy roads, we were thankful for a 5 minute trip), lazy river, water slides, pools, ocean
Cons: The airport experience (prodding cattle) — recommend not going on a Saturday to Saturday jaunt.
Location: Seemed far from everything else on the island, we felt a bit secluded. The natural spring, mud bath and water fall was about an hour away.
The lazy river was fantastic. Hardly anyone used it, so it was so relaxing. We took our own rafts so we were more comfortable. The ocean was nice — you could easily walk in and not immediately sink. The bottom was smooth with little rocks. There was some seaweed (or turtle grass), but you could easily stay away from that. Being on the Atlantic side, the waves were wonderful. The resort is older — the rooms are in the midst of upgrades, but I feel it's still really nice. There is an elevator, but it wasn't working by the end of the week. My biggest issue is that you could never get a straight answer about that. If it's not going to be fixed until tomorrow, just say that instead of having to deal with us the next day and it's still not fixed. The rooms were spacious. We paid for an upgrade to a premium ocean view room, but all the rooms are ocean front and they're all practically the same — so we wondered why we paid more. Disappointed there. Some of the food was excellent — like the roasted pig they had our first evening there during western night. The Calabash restaurant had a filet that was really good as well. The buffet was average and the outdoor pool grill had good fried foods and other American things, like pizza and nuggets. The drinks were never watered down and the bartenders were friendly and fun. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It was everything we expected and I would recommend this resort to any of my friends and family.
