Good value hotel - clean and comfortablePosted Feb 9, 2013
Pros: The suites, relaxed atmosphere and more private surroundings.
Cons: Level of service and in some cases lack of friendliness of staff.
Location: Good location, right on the waterfront.
Good value self-catering hotel. This is a three start hotel so not as luxurious as many other hotels on the island (breakfast/facilities somewhat limited) and the service isn't as good as you will find at places such as Calabash Cove. However, it is less 'touristy' then the larger resorts (e.g. Coco Palm) and the atmosphere is very peaceful. Probably best for more independent travellers who don't need help in exploring the island/arranging transport.

It an average stay. A little different than I expected. But the room/suite was clean. This was very important.

After staying at the Ginger Lily at the beginning of my trip, I spent my time at Harmony Suites wishing that I had booked at the Ginger Lily again. The bed was two twin beds pushed together and made up separately, which didn't quite live up to my expectations. The best thing about Harmony Suites was that they had both local and US plugs in the room, thus eliminating the need for a transformer and converter plugs. The property is a bit on the run-down side but clean.

Great hotelPosted Jan 3, 2013
Pros: Walking distance to everyhing
Cons: No complimentary breakfast
Location: Touristy, close to restaurants, bars, beach, resorts
Harmony Suites is in an excellent area, there is so much to do! They are just a short walk from the shops and restaurants and also the beach. The back of he hotel is directly on the bay facing the marina with a beautiful view, especially from the hotels resturant, The Edge. The hotel was very tropically decorated, with geckos and flowers and trees all over the place. There were many couples, but I went with a group of four friends, all in our early twenties, and we loved it. There are bars down the street and lots of resorts if ou want that sort of thing, or there's the beach and shops for a more "pg" trip. The hotel staff were helpful and very friendly, the food at The Cockpit was great, as was the food at The Edge- which was a wonderful fine dining experience. I only gave it a four because it has quite a bit of wear-and-tear in the rooms and hallways- definitely not a resort. But you certainly get what they advertise- I fully recommend it!

We had a great time ......the restaurant was out of a few things we wanted to try, as well the chef was late coming in in the morning on 2 occasions, so no breakfast (island time). The air conditioner to our room broke which sometimes happens and was no ones fault. We were switched to another room of higher value. I would recomend the Harmony Suites and would stay there again. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Harmony Suites...an oasis in Paradise!Posted Oct 29, 2012
Pros: Wow - what we loved about this hotel? Everything! The location, the peacefulness on the marina, how large the suites are, how comfortable the bed was!
Cons: There wasn't anything that we were disappointed with - Harmony Suites was lovely.
Location: The location is perfect. It's in a residential area, yet everything you need is only a 5 minute walk away - the beach, grocery, coffee shop, dining!
What a lovely hotel! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms (suites) are large, nicely decorated, fresh, very clean, and the location is outstanding. The property is well kept, lovely gardens, and being situated right on the marina is wonderful. It is the perfect hotel for couples. I highly recommend this property, and we will not hesitate to re-book again and again. We've stayed at alot of hotels in St. Lucia - but this one outshines all the others!

Pros: definetly that it was clean and the staff were friendly. Room was spacious.
Cons: French door to verandah did not easily open.
Location: Positioned on edge of the marina. Located in heart of Rodney Bay with access to restaurants / nightclubs, and supermarket.
very friendly staff clean hotel easily accessible to restaurants beaches, nightclubs. Was able to hire car, have haircut, access to the internet on site. Also was able to sit at waterside of marina in evenings and relax. Delightful!

It's a nice cozy hotel with a carribean feel to it. Good thing about it is ,you don't see much other guests around, seems like you have your own nook. We stayed at the water front with balcony facing the water. Only thing is there was a boat docked near our veranda with a noisy thingy (one that rotates and determines wind directions/strength). Bloody noise pollution for the whole week we stayed there. you can't hear it when glass doors are closed anyway, but in the balcony u can. The room is clean and big , though with lil bit oldish styled furnitures. Bed was a bit hard for our backs. My husband and I woke up couple of times with backaches, it was squeaking too when we move on our sleep. The sliding glass doors gets jammed at times, can be irritating. Other than that, we had a quite and relaxing week there anyway. Good 5 min. walk to the beach. They just have to do a lil bit of refurbishing or renovating coz they have a good location and a hotel with good potential. They have lovely receptionists in the front office, lovely ladies- thanks for the nice stay, esp. the one who lives in castries :), very warm person. Would definitely recommend this hotel for couples.

Cosy, Quiet, AccessiblePosted Aug 24, 2012
Pros: Comfortable suite, quiet location, pleasant staff, clean swimming pool and nearby amenities were really nearby
Cons: No functioning restaurant on site.
Location: This hotel within the Rodney Bay area is close to restaurants, shops, and groceries. Yet the activity does not disturb the quiet of the hotel.
Harmony Suites was comfortable cosy and charming: ideal for a restful vacation. It does not boast modern decor or updated appliances but everything works. All rooms were surrounded by well maintained tropical gardens buzzing with birds. The hotel is situated close to a diverse array of restaurants. This was an important benefit since the on-site restaurants were closed.

Worth a visitPosted Aug 17, 2012 on Hotels.com
The location was good ,staff friendly, room spacious and comfortable. Amenities could use some upgrade. Spa tub not for the " PHOBIA TYPE". However; would stay again!
