The must-do experience for every guest to The Hotel Chocolat is the Tree to Bar Experience. Unique to the hotel, the Tree to Bar Experience is an exclusive opportunity for guests to discover the exciting origins of chocolate and even to create their own! It begins with a walk through the dappled shade of the estate’s cacao groves, selecting ripe cacao pods that are then cut from the tree. It ends with guests making their own chocolate bars from beans that they have roasted themselves. And along the way, guests will have a hands-on adventure that takes in all of the stages in between – from grafting seedlings in the nursery, feeling the warm beans drying in the sun, not forgetting grinding, mixing and, of course, lots of tasting!Additional trips can be organised through concierge including boat trips, climb of Gross Piton & daily beach transfers.
