Great Couples only - all inclusive hotel.
Posted Jan 4, 2013
Pros: All inclusive, high class, friendly staff
Cons: Noisy strimmers and leaf blowers!
Location: On the sea front - don't be put off by it being next door to an airport - it's for local flights only and not a bother.
Great couples only hotel - lots to do if you're so inclined (sailing, diving, fishing) - excellent spa and swimming pools if you're not. All inclusive covered most things and food was very good. Didn't matter that it rained - it was still warm and wonderful.

Niggles!
Posted Jan 7, 2013
Pros: Location, cleanliness, politeness/attitude of staff, standard of food.
Cons: Having to wait at the bar/mealtimes to be served.
Location: Lush gardens, exceptionally maintained. Walking distance in to Castries which was really useful. Completely refurbished, so very clean and tidy.
Wonderful place, staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for you in the main. However, never seemed to be enough bar staff and at times, whilst there were plenty of staff on there was a wait for drinks with the meals. Seemed to be a lot of "wandering" going on. Bars did run out of ingredients for cocktails, specifically mint for monitors and mango/strawberry for the daiquiris. Music, whether it be the disco, bands or pipe music in the bar was a bit "last century"' ie stuck in the 1980's! Would definitely recommend it and go there again though.

Nice for couples
Posted Jan 30, 2012
Pros: Guests, staff, beach
Cons: Managing Director
Location: on the beach, private
Very nice hotel and resort. Very friendly staff, but the MD could behave better and be more professional. Food is very pleasant and the drinks are all made of international good quality brands. Be sure to book the a la carte restaurant on arrival since it has a limited number of tabels. Good with free diving and motor sports. We will return for sure

Great, romantic spot for two
Posted Jan 4, 2012
Pros: Relaxation central.
Cons: Trousers were preferred for men at dinnertime - whoops!
Location: Beautiful - spring for an ocean view room!
We stayed here on our honeymoon - overall a wonderful experience. The food was good, varied every night with a theme. The resort itself was beautiful, excellent service. Bed was incredibly comfy. Bathroom was very pretty, modern hardware and decor. Only two things of note: take bug spray for the mosquitoes and don't expect making a ton of new friends. Whether it was just the dynamic of our week or since it is a couples resort, we found that most couples just relaxed and stayed to themselves. My husband and I are very outgoing and enjoy meeting travel friends, but only had one couple that were similar to us! Otherwise, not a single complaint. The excursions are worth it and reasonably priced. Beach was clean. Note that during dinnertime long trousers are preferred for men and required for the Trysting Place - that would have been helpful to know. Otherwise, we would love to be back on the beach there!

Great Honeymoon
Posted Jan 3, 2012
Pros: Food, Service, Beach.
Cons: Small and intimate so not any large clubs at resort but very nice entertainment and bars.
Location: About 1hr from airport in capital. Beach was nice and pools were fantastic.
Great honeymoon. Food and service was fantastic. We stayed in Veranda suite and it was very nice. Basic room but we found it very comfortable and nice veranda. Fun staff and plenty of activities.

Brilliant Couples only Hotel
Posted Jan 19, 2012
Great hotel, location and service. Wil be going back for sure! The staff work very hard to ensure you have a brilliant vacation. The Dive team is excellent, and the diving is great. The inclusive dives are sometimes affected by visibility issues given that they are in the bay, but for the sake of a few dollars, going to the marine park is a must. Take the helicopter to/from the resort if you're travel sick on windy roads, as therre is a 1.5 hours transfer. It's expensive but worth it for the "cachet!" The local airport is absolutley NOT an issue. there are literally a handful of small planes everyday. The food and drink is varied and excellent, so the only reason you would get the same meal twice would be if you chose it" Highly recommedned.

Great boutique hotel with great staff
Posted Jan 10, 2012
Pros: Staff were fantastic
Cons: Night entertainment and slightly limiting dinner options
Location: On the beach and near Castroes and Rodney Bay. Not as idyllic as some others.
Great hotel. Booked sea view room which are new and beautiful. Staff are great and really good fun. Water sports included, never have to wait. This team and the dive team are excellent. Good inexpensive excursions with the dive team. Small hotel so limited food options but food is good with different theme every night.

Incredible service and relaxing couple's holiday
Posted Jan 23, 2012
Pros: Relaxing atmosphere, incredibly helpful and attentive staff.
Location: Apart from the nearby airport (which didn't really bother us) if felt quite secluded.
Nice beach, beautiful gardens, good pools, excellent food, outstanding service, all inclusive water skiing, diving, sailing, tubing, kayaking etc. Hotel was just the right size, feeling private and secluded, yet lively if desired.
