Pros: room and food at "all inclusive"
Cons: nothing on my mind
Location: close to Raymond shopping mall, 10 minutes drive; but fahr from the airport, 1hour and 45 min. scenic drive.
we had a good time staying in St. James. Hotel staff was exceptional with accomodations, booking tours, providing fun and smart enterteinment, helping with water sports and all those drinks, etc. The only draw back was that water by the hotel's sandy beach wasn't clear turguoise color, more like muddy yelow. But three pools on the territory compensate this well enough. good for couples and families with kids.

Could've Stayed LongerPosted Jan 2, 2014
Pros: The adult only pool!
Cons: Would've been nice to have a mini-bar included the room, but nothing really.
Location: The hotel is situated on the beach with perfect views of the crystal blue water and beautiful sunsets. If you're lucky you might even see a rainbow!
This year was our third escape to the Caribbean to get away during the holiday season and this place was the best so far! Great food, attentive staff, fun activities and magnificent views. The adult pool and bar was definitely a plus. Joy's boat tour was well worth it if you're up for an all-day excursion. All in all this place was the perfect destination for some much needed R&R.

Clean hotel, very close to the beachPosted Dec 17, 2013
Pros: CLose to the beach, very friendly staff, great entertainment
Cons: Alcohol selection
Location: Ziplining, catamaran. Castries Market, Jet skiing, snorkeling, water skiing,
A group of 6 of us stayed at St James Club and had the most amazing time!! The staff was incredibile, the entertainment was a blast, and the food was great!! The hotel was right on the beach and we had no problems ever finding beach chairs!! Would return to this island and this resort in a heartbeat!! Kennith, Ozzy and Michael made our stay amazing!!

Decent hotel for the costPosted Dec 8, 2013
Pros: Hotel staff friendly proximity to morgan bay, pigeon beach, joys tours leave from this beach which is awesome.
Cons: More reservations at the resturants, nightly entertainment lacking.
Arrived at hotel we were given a room on top of the hill overlooking hotel below and beach which was nice garanted it's a long walk up. Beach water is not clear cannot snorkel. Water activities are ok sailing, bananna boat ride last about 5 minutes. The big issue was this is an all inclusive resort but you can only eat at one restaurant unless you make reservations at the other one's. That being said they take reservations up to three days in advance my wife and i went almost every morning and were told those restaurant were full. One night we did eat at the pier and it was half empty that was the biggest let down. Drinks beers/cocktails tiny have to refill quite often.

Excellent water sports programPosted Nov 24, 2013
Pros: Water sports
Cons: Jet skies in the swimming area did not seem safe and stirred up too much of the water.
Location: We spent all of our time at the resort.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, we were happy with all of the meals and bars and especially happy with the kayaking, sailing, paddle boards, and water skiing opportunities. It was great that all the sports and classes to use them were included. We would have preferred better snorkeling conditions and calmer water but the beach is what it is. There are better beaches to snorkel. We toured them before we got to the all inclusive and spent 4 delightful days taking advantage of all they had to offer. We had a great vacation.

Excellent resort!Posted Nov 23, 2013
Resort is smaller than I had originally thought but it's actually the perfect size. We had the ocean view which is great because it comes with a private balcony that faces the beach, ocean, and pool. Food was great. Only gripe was that Morgan Pier was under renovation during my stay so the restaurant was closed. All in all I would come back!
