5 star all-inclusive sporty beach resortPosted Sep 22, 2013
Pros: The secluded location and the smaller size of the resort. The food, staff and the activities are all very good.
Cons: Urgency by staff.
Second stay at this Le Sport hotel and it has got even better. The spa and the sports activities are plentiful and the food superb. Staff are friendly although somewhat forgetful. The key to this resort is the combination of a secluded location in a beautiful sheltered bay and plenty to do.

Would Absolutely Stay Here AgainPosted Sep 10, 2013
Pros: The super friendly staff, the healthy & delicious food, the long list of included activities & the included daily spa treatments at the gorgeous spa!
Cons: They should offer room service, at least late at night since there is no way to get food after the dinner.
We loved the bodyholiday! We never repeat places, especially in the Caribbean since it's sort of like one you've seen one place, you've kind of have seen them all - but this is now the exception! We loved that this resort was focused on wellness, activity and relaxation. It struck just the right balance between feeling like a large property and yet still feel the quality service/attention of a small boutique hotel.

Great hotel and goodPosted Aug 5, 2013
My wife had lost her luggage from an airline mistake of loading and the hotel staff did all the work to track it Down and get it for us. The bery next day after returning from the beach the luggage was sitting in our room already. They were great with any problems or to help and assist in Anyway from teaching us how to use the water equipment or showing all the possible things we could do at the resort! Highly recommend the resort!!

Total Body Bliss!Posted Jul 7, 2013
Cons: Spend as much time as you can here -- it is worth it!!
Location: The Tout Bagay full day cruise and zip-lining is a must do!!!
My husband and I recently spent one full week of what I now call "Body Bliss" at The Body Holiday Le Sport resort and spa. The food was fantastic (and I'm a foodie snob), the staff and service were phenomenal and the the wide range of inclusive activities and outstanding spa treatments kept us feeling like Royalty! A special call-out is required of a few terrific members of the resorts' team-- Sir Calvin (as we called him) who manages the clubhouse bar and dining area is the official customer-service captain!! Sir Calvin-- please put the 'Elijah Special' drink on the menu-- Elijah can tell you the ingredients, we loved it!! Ambrose does an amazing job keeping all of the flowers and landscaping breath-takingly beautiful! And Ms. Mini (native of Bali, Indonesia) has magical hands and provides an authentic Bali massage that one should not miss!! 'Ms. Dayanne' in concierge handles her business extremely well, and makes sure your stay is great! The Friday night sunset cruise made we cry joyful grateful tears upon departure -- "St. Lucia We Love, St. Lucia We Love, St. Lucia We Love".... and I MUST come back!!

Beautiful Island, lovely resort.Posted Jun 7, 2013
Pros: Service, food and smiling faces everywhere.
Cons: As mentioned, some issues with guests thinking they owned the beach chairs and cabanas.
Location: Lovely see views with an unobstructed look at Pigeon Island. Very private and well looked after.
The hotel is beautifully situated on a well landscaped property. It is kept immaculately. We went there to celebrate an anniversary and could not have been treated better by the staff who with rare exception, went out of their way. There is lot's to do!! Almost too much in fact! If you are active you will love it, if not then you will be fine as well as there are pools, the beach, and the spa. The rooms are comfortable. The furniture and some of the linens are a little well worn and we had some problems with condensation coming up through the tiles making for a slippery floor. It is worth paying for the sea view. After a few hiccups on arrival, our room was not available until the next day but they made the move smooth and easy and we really had a delightful stay after that. What was exceptional? The Deli and it's staff. Food there is very tasty and healthy. Tao provided outstanding service and a great sense of humor. Also every buffet at the Clubhouse was delicious. Just a great place to sit as well. Tea time and scones I am missing now. The Bodyguards were great. The only downers I can think of were some of the guests who would commandeer loungers and cabanas for the day while off around the resort. This happened a lot and many of us walked the beach looking for chairs while many remained empty, with only a book or hat, sometimes for hours. Also I would hope the piano player seeks new employment because he really doesn't enjoy his job. A great week!

Holiday of a lifetimePosted May 26, 2013
Pros: The staff and the Wellness Centre made the holiday for us.
Cons: The journey from and to the airport but well worth it.
Location: Located on a gentle undulating hill, set in acres of tropical garden, overlooking the beach.
We had a sea view room with balcony and effective air conditioning that ran quietly enough for night time usage. We relaxed in the afternoon in hammocks and sunbeds on the lawn in a cooling shady location under swaying palm trees. All the sun bed areas are serviced by attentive and friendly beach staff, who bring out iced water buckets and drinks on request. With towel stacks everywhere there are no worries about bringing towels down from the room. For a foodie like it me it was heaven. I was able to get protein shakes during the day and there were plenty of vegetarian, dairy and gluten free options at all meals. For me though the resort's Wellness Centre is really what made it special. Set in a temple and located on a hilltop overlooking the complex, this is a lovely place to relax and unwind with a cooling breeze and the sound of bird song in the background. Daily massage and other treatments are included in the package and it is possible to pay extra for other more specialist treatments, such as Ayurvedic massage. Above all else though it was the St Lucian staff who made it the most wonderful experience. Caring, empathetic, friendly and genuine their level of customer service was something I had not encountered anywhere else. All this amounted to the holiday of a lifetime where we made friends, relaxed and felt cared for. Here's to the next time but for now we have many lasting memories.
