“Would definitely use again”

We have stayed at this hotel at least 8 times over the last 6 years, although it has been 18 months since our previous stay. You must have a car when you stay here, as the Simpson Bay "beach" is not really swimable, although some decent water sports. We basically use it as a place to sleep and relax in the evening (nice bar). Food is just "adequate"; if you are big drinkers, go with all inclusive option, even if you don't eat all meals here. Hotel has recently spent a lot of money on cosmetically upgrading rooms and common areas. Nicest condition we have ever seen it in, and they are still working on it. Very clean and definitely (low) 4 star quality, but a price value.

“Way exceeded our expectations”

The Hotel Flamboyant is really a delightful place to stay. It is very well laid out. The amenities are very good: beach, bars, water sports and tennis. Rooms are comfortable with basic kitchen on a large square balcony or patio - fun to cook outside. The staff here were terrific, helpful, friendly and efficient. Weather wonderful. A lovely bit of France to be sure.

“laid back atmosphere, great service”

This resort was very quite so the place to go if you don't like the "Spring Break" scene. Food was great and service outstanding. The kitchenette on the balcony was a very nice place to have lunches and the grocery store was close by.

“can't wait to go back”

loved the hotel, the kitchen was great, could cook when you dident want to go out. the 2 things i was not happy with was face clothes they don't use them, also the t.v. was in french, so don't plan on watching it, unless you speak french, but we would go back, but bring our own face clothes.

“Thumbs up for Le Flamboyant”

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Nov 2007. It was the first place that we stayed at in St. Martin and we were pleased with the size of the "deluxe room", which is pretty big by European standards. We had a beautiful view over the Simpson Bay lagoon and the staff members were friendly and efficient. We only ate one meal at the hotel and that was breakfast, which was very good.
