"The hotel building is on a historical site. It is exactly what I expected, with a comfortable pretty room, and excellent service. All the staff were friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. The location is perfect, facing Russell square, and a street block from Russell Square tube station. This makes it very convenient for travel around London. The breakfast option is worth it - the selection was great. I had a very nice time, and look forward to my next visit. "

"Flat 10 in building 40 needs attention. The heat was not working the first night but was repaired the next day. The hook in the bathroom that was missing (except for the holes where it had been) left no place to hang a towel. There is no shelf or place in the shower for soap or shampoo etc. These are little things that affect the enjoyment of one’s stay and should be addressed. Otherwise it’s a great location. "
