“This one is worth returning to.”
They were very accommodating, nice, clean, equipped with everything you need and close to the beach. The rates were very reasonable in my opinion and I'll go back again the next time I visit St. Pete Beach
“Not Impressed”
First the hotel lost our reservation and had to call back 3 different times, eventually was informed that we were “upgraded”, but still didn’t know how long we were staying, how many, etc. The so called upgrade was to a different location with a standard room that looked to be smaller and/or less fancy than orginal, the room was dirty, floors turned shoes, feet and socks black. Hotel staff was rude, stingy and cheap with little to no amenities. Would not stay here again.

At our journey through Florida, this is absolutely the best hotel value at the lowest cost. St. Pete Beach is really an undiscovered pearl to us, and we would love to come back and stay at Bay Palms Waterfront Resort. We fully recommend this hotel to everybody.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Bay Palms for 8 nights. It was a great stay. Our one bedroom suite had everything we needed, down to the dish scrubber. It is walking distance to restaurants, shop, beaches, and a nice grocery store where we stocked up on food and utilized the kitchen our room had. The service of the hotel was excellent. We forgot our beach towels, and they let us borrow some. Very accommodating. It was a very peaceful place to stay, and lay out by the pool. We didn't bring a laptop, but it's a short walk to their sister hotel where we could use the computers. I would go back to this resort in a heartbeat. And I would definitely recommend staying here!
“I would definitely stay here again”
My husband is from this area, so we've stayed at many of the hotels along the beach. I have to say that Bay Palms was my favorite. We had a one bedroom suite that was very spacious and allowed us time to relax after we put our daughter to bed. The location was great and the deck and grilling areas were just fabulous. My parents stayed in a room right next to the pool. When some loud people were out there late at night, they called the manager and the problem was taken care of immediately. Very family-friendly hotel.
