“I will be back”

This studio condo is just want I was after. It had a balcony by the water, coffee pot, refrigerator, and was located away from the rat race of things but yet just minutes away from Clearwater. The area was very nice and quiet. I even had the opportunity to socialize with the owner and the manager and they are great people. I highly recommend this resort.

“Pleasant surprise!”

We found this on the spur of the moment when needing Thanksgiving weekend accomodations close to family in the Clearwater/Dunedin area...and what a great find! Newly renovated, the rooms have a crisp tropical look, substantial furniture, and are very clean. Enjoyed the kitchette and nicely stocked kitchen accessories (would put in a full-size coffee maker though). We had a third-floor, waterfront view which was even better. No actual "beachy/sand" but there is a pier and pool...along with the beautiful view. My only negative comment would be that the towels and amenities could be higher quality. For the small cost to upgrade these items it would give a much better impression. Didn't have tubs, just walk-in showers, which didn't bother us but may be a negative for someone else. Also, we couldn't figure out the internet connection, but didn't try too hard... Overall, a really nice stay...with just a few tweaks this will be a great vacation/business spot!!

“Nice Little Spot”

Let me preface this by saying that all in all Beso Del Sol was a great place to stay. It was in a great location (a mile from my family's home) and was very well kept, etc. The only issue was that I paid for a king size bed and when I got to my room, it was a double. I immediately contacted the desk and they moved my to a room with a king size bed AND a harbor view, which was great. Unfortunately, I had to move again the next morning, which was a little annoying, since I could not really rest or settle in. However, in their defense, their system had crashed, which of course, wreaked havoc on their ability to assign rooms properly. All in all, the rooms were very clean and nicely appointed, had nice balconies, the service was excellent, nice little gym, pools and a hot tub. All of that with a superior view. Plus, it was a hop, skip and a jump from the Pinellas Trail, which is great for biking, walking, etc. I will definitely be going back.

“Beso Del Sol - Dunedin lodging by the water”

Nice little hotel by the water, with nicely maintained and modern-ish rooms. Full size refrigerator, some oven options that I didn't use, comfortable bed (I prefer firmer mattresses, so it suited me well). Pleasant staff, and if you're so inclined, there is a little "tiki" bar downstairs by the elevator. I really enjoyed my stay here.

“Wait for New section to open”

They've taken an old hotel, stuck a stove, and refrigerator in the rooms, and calling them condos-not even close. Saw new section on other side of parking lot, that look really nice, and may be something of interest when finished. Nice pool and patio area to view beautiful Gulf Coast sunsets.
