“scary, not for families”

police broke down door next room over, someone flattened my tire on my rental car, phone didnt work, couldnt use pool because it was freezing cold water. basically it sucked

“Old and Not Maintained”

Hotel has aged and has not been properly maintained, air is window units and was not on upon arrival (with reservations); continental breakfast was milk and cereal. Pool was clean, but side tiles were not. Employees were friendly and helpful.

“Good service”

Although the hotel is somewhat run-down, the hotel staff really did all that they could to make our stay as good as possible.
