Friendly front desk staff

Friendly front desk staff, free breakfast, great location and not in the hustle and bustle of the beach. Only strange thing was the smell but it may have been from fresh paint. Can't help that! Overall a great hotel

Pros: Bed was very comfortable.
Hotel was close to Dunedin and Clearwater both. Staff were great. Our night here was excellent.

Pros: The inside
The hotel room itself was nice and the rooms were nice. I would have prefered to stay over the bridge in the nicer area. You will have to pay for parking when you goto the beach and the neighborhood that the hotel is located is kind of sketchy. There are no restaurants within walking distance if you want to get something to eat late night.

Nice hotel on they inner coastal

Nice room, clean, nice breakfast, convenient to many places. Sadly, the hot tub was cold and staff didn't have access to get the heater working.

It was nice. Only bad thing bathroom fan did not work and bed was hard. Other than a hair found in the tub, it was very nice. Breakfast was more than I expected for continental. Waffles, eggs and sausage patties were offered. The waffles were very good. Plenty of fruit, yogurt and juice. Everything replenished cheerfully. Great staff. Check in and check out was a breeze. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Beaches, dolphin tour and restaurants, and shopping.

My experience was horrible and i would never stay there again. I did not my room service at all...they did not clean my room either. It was not good at all.

The hotel is really great. Only 3 miles from the beach right over the bridge. The hotel itself sits on the bay so the view was wonderful. The only bad thing about our entire stay was that the air conditioner in the room did not cool well. We had to keep it set to 60 all the time and the fan had to remain on constantly. Other than that the room was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. I had no complaints at all about the room itself. I have always been a Marriott kind of girl, but they could not meet our accommodations so we tried the Comfort Suites. I was very pleased with the result. Would definitely stay again!
