“You need to sleep here!”

"This is the cleanest, friendliest hotel we've been in, in a long time." That's what my husband told the deskclerk when we left this past Monday morning. You won't regret staying here, I promise. The pool area is secured by a good sturdy fence so you don't have to worry about young children getting in unsupervised. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I can't stress the fact that it was so clean, no dust bunnies under the bed, no cobwebs, and smelled fresh too. Perfect place for the business person, free coffee next to the computer stations, local newspaper and USA Today free, easy access to major highways and only a short drive to and from Tampa International, St.Petersburg Airport is next door (no noise from airtraffic), and a golf course next door for a quick game. Families will love it too. I can't say enough about how great this hotel is. We would recommend anyone to stay here. If we come back to the area, we'll certainly stay here again.

“Typical excellence from a Courtyard by Marriott!”

Our hotel was exactly what we had expected, staying at different Courtyard by Marriott's over the years. Simple elegance, extremely clean rooms with elegant decor, free buffet breakfast thru Expedia was great (served up by an attentive waitress), which saved us $23.00 if we hadn't booked with Expedia. Very courteous and helpful employees at the front desk. Price was great, especially for the accomodations! Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Clearwater. Right off the main highway, yet we had no trouble with road noise, etc.

“Nice hotel”

Very convenient to Clearwater Int'l airport. This hotel was very clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet offered a nice selection of hot foods from which to choose. Would definately stay at this property again.

“Great place to stay!”

Clean, comfortable, all necessary amenities, including FREE broadband (wired, but ethernet and USB cables included) in guest rooms, along with a very nice "business office" complete with computers and printer, also which is compliementary. Will stay here again.

“Spring Training visit”

Nice location, close to major routes around Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater. Good food options nearby. The chair in the room was in need of replacement but that was our only criticism. We were there for spring training games and warmth and sun and got all three.

“A Good Value”

We stayed at this hotel twice - a Friday night and the following Monday night. There was nothing exceptional to recommend it, but the location was good for our needs. This may be the cleanest hotel I have ever visited - inside and out. The staff was very helpful as well. It is centrally located to Tampa and St. Petersburg as well.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful in setting up a taxi for the morning. Also, they were helpful in getting directions for the sites in the area I was interested in seeing.

I travel to Clearwater once a month for business and I will certainly be back to this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean. When I book my trip I am now always looking for this hotel.
