Great hotel option - but NOT on the beach.Posted Jan 22, 2015
Pros: Rooms were great - furnishings really outstanding. The full kitchen and in room laundry were unexpected - yet appreciated.
Cons: Be specific- this is not on the beach. Yet, you can see the beach from the top rooms.
Location: Sweet Sage restaurant (north of the hotel, same side) was AWESOME! So was the Hurricane Bar and Grill for the best grouper sandwiches ever.
At first, I was really disappointed and felt misled as this is not a beach hotel. It is not on the beach but a street away (maybe a half a block). However, during our stay, I have to say we loved the facility, rooms and the furnishings. The staff was great and the location is OK. We could see the beach, but it is across the street. That said, we will go back in a heartbeat. The hotel was very clean, conveniently located and accommodating - but not on the beach.

Nice hotel. Enjoyed the stay.Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: This is a nice hotel with close proximity to the beach. We had a two bedroom corner unit with lots of room in the balcony.
Location: Nice location with close proximity to the beach.
This is a nice hotel with close proximity to the beach. We had a two bedroom corner unit with lots of room in the balcony. The room was clean and spacious and had a full kitchen. It was an enjoyable stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

Very good experience, must improve the housekeeping members too limited and not much time for its labor

A beach resort NOWHERE near any water.Posted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: room-comfortable, modern
Location: McDonald's is a 15 minute walk, Sloppy Joes 25 minute walk-Nothing else even near.
You could not even enjoy the balcony-overlooking a very busy very loud...ROAD. The room was clean, bed comfortable, staff was helpful, but the website seemed to indicate that it over looked the back bay or something. I give the resort an A, but definitely NOT a "beach vacation"

Nace hoy el and roomsPosted Jan 4, 2015
Pros: Good but the beach in treasure island is not as close to the hotel
Cons: Improve housekeeping members, rooms could be ready for early check in
Location: Good location, close restaurants and a Publix, farmacy etc
Good hotel, the only issue is that they don't have enough housekeeping to work and prepare rooms for early entrance, in its that there was empty rooms I had to wait 3hours for check in because lack of people for housekeeping

Very nice roomy condo, we had a corner unit.Posted Dec 21, 2014
Pros: Clean and Fresh. You could see the beautiful sunset from the balcony.
Cons: Put more comfortable chairs and couches in the living area. Also I carpet was in need of a shampooing, our socks were black , wear footwear.
Location: Just wish it was right on the beach. And there isn't much to do, but we were there to relax.
Staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are nicely furnished and clean. The housekeeper are very pleasant and helpful. The furniture could have been a little more comfortable. But it was nice to daily housekeeping if you so desired, however we found it unnecessary. The beach is not right out your front door, you have to walk a good long distance, which I was unable to do. However, if you are younger and have not problems walking. It is worth staying at this hotel. We had been to Treasure Island 40 years ago and a lot has changed, But we enjoyed remember how it use to be.. I would still give this a 5* . Nice appliance, washer and dryer, two bedrooms, you can not beat the price for such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the area.
