Unless you have no rooms in the entire clear water

Pros: There is nothing to like about this hotel. You get what you pay for. Within walkable distance there are good hotel just 8 dollars more with pool,
Cons: The whole hotel needs to be demod
Location: No comments
The rooms are horrible. No Microwave, No Iron Box to press the clothes. The air conditioner runs like a truck. Never maintain temperature, loud sound. You need to turn the A/C on at 60 inorder to feel the cold room for more than 6 hours.

Fair price with access to good places to eat close by. Park across the street with short trail to walk or run. Seemed safe.

Very low end hotel

Posted Apr 28, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Need major renovation and need better quality.
Location: Beach is about 7 miles from the hotel.
This hotel is similar to no name motels. Bed sheets had spots on it and were torn. Bathroom wall had holes. I was afraid that rodents may come in. I will not stay at any Days inn.

Good location for us to walk to Brighthouse Field. Recommend an upgrade to breakfast as it has been the same for several years.

Night time concierge not very helpful

Posted Mar 16, 2014
The daytime people working were wonderful, but the night time gentlemen left much to be desired. Very unhelpful. After a mix up concerning smoking/non smoking, I got dinged for an extra cost. Hotel blamed Expedia, though Expedia confirmed it as non smoking. The room was fine, not great. Wifi was weak in the room.

Ugly and did not look well kept.

We had requested handicapped and the room they offered was on the second floor walk-up.. So we forfeited our deposit and went to the Ramada down the street.

Good Value

Pros: Cost and location.
Cons: Upgrade carpeting, furnishing and quieter AC.
The hotel was a good value. Well located with lots of eateries closeby and satisfactory for a short stay. Pool area was very nice. Furnishings were spartan. Room was clean but needed upgrading. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Comp breakfast was very basic...Perkins is just down the street. All in all I would recommend it as long as your expectations are minimal.
