Someone knocked on our door at 11:45 p.m. They did not speak English and showed me their phone with a message that read "you need to go down to the receptionist". I ignored it because the person couldn't tell me why the receptionist needed me which made me very uncomfortable.

Cockroaches in the room. Trash bins overflowing. Shower valve broken- either ice cold shower or scalding-- no in-between. Overall bad experience. Im shocked that Windham puts their name anywhere near this property. Shame on you, Expedia, for partnering with this hotel.

the hotel need mayor updates. the tv didnt work properly, ti has bad direct tv signals and the bathroom has roaches. soft beds but too small. clean rooms thought. the lobby is depressing and has super nasty bathrooms. I will not stay here again.

I reserved none smoking rooms but get a smoking room. But room is not available. On second room was assigned to the room that someone already in that room. They was so upset at me when I open their door. Never go back to this hotel any more.

This place looks nothing like the pictures, we waited over 45 min to check in becuase the person who cleaned rooms didn’t mark which rooms were clean before she left and the staff had no idea what rooms to put people checking in to. When we finally got in our room the room was yuck! Furniture was broken, our non smoking room stunk so badly of smoke, and the door and window seemed very insecure. Our neighbors were sitting our lounge chairs smoking weed…needless to say we didn’t stay here.

There were roaches everywhere. There are addicts everywhere because they clearly participate in government programs to house the homeless in hotels. I don't hate these programs or demonize addicts, I used to be both. But, I dont want to use this hotel for my kids. I booked from Thursday to Monday, to have my house tented. I waited an hour to get checked in and then went home. When I got there on Friday, they key didn't work and I was told you have to check in everyday by the staff. I cancelled the booking when I heard people arguing about a bed bug infestation in their room, and expedia doesn't seem to care as they asked for a review rather than how they could give me a refund since I never slept in that hotel, nor did I actually use it because of safety concerns. I can't afford to have my house tented a second time because of bed bugs, I am dealing with termites. In fact, when I said to the staff that the argument I just heard them have was about bed bugs, they said, "we can't be open if we had those". Well, has anyone checked and alerted the health department yet? Thats how hotels get shut down for treatment, not at the first complaint to the management. Disappointed, but you get what you pay for. The hotel looks great in these photos. In person, the furniture is damaged, window units are broken, they didn't tell us the water would be off for maintenance before it happened or when we checked in. It was a fiasco and disgusting.

We were given our room key. The room wasn't cleaned yet. Food on the floor... simply disgusting... luckily, the clerk refunded our money without hesitation.

I tried this place obviously because of the price, when We arrived, the lady at front desk wasn’t really nice ( we assumed she was tired), We reserved a non smoking room, obviously our room was smelling like a poor bar, at that time we did have more options, at the stairs people smoking weed, disable parking don’t exist, soo we need to walk with my special kid all building around to park and find our room, don’t recommend this for families, probably if you travel alone, and just to spend the night can works good.

The rooms were in much better shape than the internet chatter. There were no bed bugs under the matress. The room had tile. And the room smelled fresh and clean and spotless. There was no handrails in the bath tub so my wife took a bird bath. Never the less better than the reviews. They have made improvements to an older hotel. Good value if want a mosestly priced hotel. Some ofnthe guests were complaining about the remote controls in lobby but we were not here to watch TV. Non issue.

Front desk clerk needs to learn customer service. While waiting on us one of his friends came in to drop something off so he stopped processing the check-in to talk to them for a couple minutes until his friend reminded him he needed to finish waiting on us. Then we I checked out they double charged for the room.

In the first room I observed 7 roaches and asked to be put in a different room and they accommodated me. The room seemed fine until the final day. I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and observed several roaches in the tub and sink areas. I did not return to bed and left at 4am suggested they spray.

I booked for two nights at the property, even though it doesn't have a carpet, I want you to know that the cockroaches are the owners of the place, it is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. I do not recommend it.

People were partying until 3:00 in the morning. No internet available, they said it was down but worked. Smelled of piss in bathroom. No shampoo only conditioner. Just yuck!

I checked in, saw the room, and booked another hotel - since it was booked on Expedia, it was prepaid and hotel cannot give refund. Book directly with hotels!! I think Expedia has the worst rooms at this place.
