We do hope that you alerted our front desk and maintenance staff so that they could correct the issues and move you to another room if necessary. Thank you for your review and stay with us. I am sorry to hear that the level of light on our property after the sun went down did not allow you to enjoy yourselves into the night. We do have turtle safe lights around the property (they emit light at certain wavelengths which turtles do not confuse with the moon), but because of the U-shape of our property, we do not want there to be many bright lights around the pool area since it could disturb the surrounding guests. We do hope that the rest of your stay with us was enjoyable and would appreciate any other constructive feedback you have for us since you only gave us a 2/5 rating.
