Posted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: It was close to everything.
Location: The things to do were endless. Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater.
Had a great time with 12 of my friends for a biking weekend. We all stayed in this Hotel.

Stayed for business

Very nice hotel. I stayed for one night on a trip for business. Easy check in and quiet place. Close to the downtown area if you want to grab a bite to eat or a sweet treat in small main street area. Good value

Hotel close to Clearwater beach

Posted Apr 10, 2015
The staff was very nice and helpful, except for one older guy at the front desk. Plumbing issue with my first room. They moved me to a room on the first floor and the store across the street had a light shining directly through my window. At this hotel the curtains are thin and white which allows great sunlight during the day, but at night, the store light makes it hard to sleep. I used the cover from my bed to block the light during the night.

Great location beside the Pinellas Trail. Most of what you want in Dunedin is within walking distance. Easy drive to Honeymoon Island or Clearwater beaches. Ample breakfast bar and small, but nice, pool. Room was clean.

Pros: LOCATION and excellent breakfast (different options every day)
Cons: towels at pool. very thin but worked
Location: baseball (Blue Jays park within walking distance) Pineallas trail right behind hotel
Right on Pineallas bike trail and bike rental place right behind hotel!! Great location for baseball and for really good restaurants too.

Excellent, friendly staff

Posted Mar 15, 2015
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel backs onto the Pinellas Trail enabling us to walk pretty much everywhere, including the Blue Jays games. There is also a bike rental shop right by the hotel. This was our second trip to Dunedin, our first stay at this hotel. An excellent place to stay, close to restaurants, the Farmer's market, and the water.

Great hotel

My wife and I went down for Spring Training and had a great time. We didn't have a car but the hotel was within easy walking or stumbling distance to everything we needed. I hope we can go again next year and would stay here again for sure.

Stayed to watch the Jays Spring Training.

Posted Mar 13, 2015
Great hotel, probably the most modern in Dunedin. Rooms were very nice and the pool and hot tub were great to relax after watching a Spring Training game. Hotel backed onto the trail that made it very easy to get to the stadium and to downtown. Unfortunately, the hot tub broke down mid way through the trip but wasn't their fault! I would recommend this hotel for anyone. Will be back next year!
