“Great spot”

The only things that would keep us from staying here again are the beds and the A/C. The beds were so hard that we all tossed and turned all night. The thermostat is located across the room from the unit. By the time the air came on, it was 4 degrees warmer than we had it set for and by the time it clicked off, it was freezing on that side of the room. Staff was excellent and breakfast was great - especially the cinnamon buns.

“Good Choice”

Very friendly front desk staff, willing to help. Breakfast in morning included: scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, 4 types of cereals, apples, bananas, coffee, milk, juice, danish. Free internet in rooms is dial-up connection. Get password from front desk and plug in your computer. Small coffee maker in room with coffee packets. HBO TV. I believe there was a outdoor pool, however, I did not use or see it. Convenient location to everything I needed. Largo mall not far away to drive, Gulf beaches within quick driving distances. I would definitely recommend this for business or family trips.

“excellent”

The hotel was very clean. Everything appeared well maintained. Breakfast was good, although I wish they would have had a little more variety everyday. Staff was real nice.

“Average class of accomodation.”

Reasonable price for location and services offered. Although it is a full non smoke facility, we could smell the cigarette smoke in the room. Do not be fooled by the breakfast buffet, it is not the full buffet offered in other Holiday Inns. There are only two warm dishes and do be aware if you arrive close to closing time, food is removed at 9:30 sharp!!

“A great hotel near a park”

This is the second time we have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites-Largo. I did not hear any traffic noise, and the guests were relatively quiet by 11:00. All the staff are cheerful and friendly. A nice array of food is served at breakfast. Our room was attractive, clean, and serviced daily. The bed was very comfortable. We are very happy with our stay there, and plan to return.

Area recommendations

Largo is a nice, small city. Indian Rocks is nearby, and has a nice beach area with public parking. There is a lot to do in nearby Seminole and Tampa as well.

Outdoors or beach

The beach at Indian Rocks was not busy when we went. It has a clean beach area. The garden associated with Heritage Village was very nice, and geared toward children.

“Just what we expected”

“Worth the price”

Room is clean, bed is comfortable. My only complaint if the internet access. However, it would've been better if they offered wifi in the rooms. We had to hook up on a cable and only one user is allowed internet access in the room.

“Would Stay Again”

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Largo. The decor was nice, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. It was also nice to have a good selection for breakfast. This hotel is fairly close to the beach, about a 15 minute drive. No complaints. We would stay there again in the future.
