Close to beach

Overall had a great time. The only issue was parking as there is no room and you have to pay for parking

Construction on site

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Stayed there a few months ago an loved it. This time not so much. Construction ongoing on site. Parking is a struggle. Valet only. Noisy early. Room lost power to several outlets. Window leaked during rain storm. Mgmt was sorry and credited our stay some. Restaurant very nice and fun. Pool great.

Family friendly hotel, close to the beach

Posted Jul 10, 2015
We loved our stay here and 100% plan to go back. :) It's a short walk to the beach, close to great places to eat (and the on site restaurant was fabulous and kids eat free if you're staying at the hotel), staff was friendly and helpful, clean hotel overall, and clearwater itself is a beautiful place. Our only disappointment was the $12 a day parking at the hotel (which we knew about in advance), but everywhere you go in clearwater you have to pay to park (including many restaurants). Overall, we felt it was the most family friendly hotel in clearwater. :)

Rather a mediocre experience - the quality of most things is not at all high, though for the most part it appeared to be catering to those who liked a slightly lower quality.

Too crowded!

Posted Jun 28, 2015
Pros: The staff, the room, and the food.
Cons: PARKING is first, and keeping the pool clean is second.
Location: Clearwater Beach. The aquarium was real good.
The hotel is nice in many regards but the parking is terrible. We have never been anywhere where valet parking was mandatory and the vehicles were crammed next to one another. Also, the pool was dirty and very crowded.

Nice hotel but I don't think parking should be an additional fee.

Nice hotel right on the water

Posted Jun 16, 2015
Location: Great location, next to Shepards and just a short walk to the pier.
We were very happy with our stay. The hotel was very clean and the room was a decent size. The pool area was kept very clean and first come, first serve. They don't let you reserve chairs which was nice so people can't throw towels down at 6:00am. The restaurant was good and you can eat right on the water. Also, the hotel is centrally located near all the great restaurants and bars and just a short walk from the pier. The only downside will be that they are beginning construction right next door on a new hotel and large parking garage very soon so I'm sure the noise and dust will become an inconvenience at that point. They are very earlier in the construction process.
