Great view

Pros: Ocean view and patio
Cons: Had to park across street a couple of times
Location: Great beach front.
Hotel is older but well remodeled. View across beach was fantastic. Enjoyed stay and for the price and location thought it was well worth it.

Pros: The staff was super accommodating. The room was clean, Beach was pristine and very relaxed atmosphere
Cons: The check in and check out times were not too flexible as it is the start of summer.
Location: VIP Mexican restaurant and Britt's Pizza both very reasonable and great food. Sloppy Joes Bar, beach side was great with access to a pool.
This was a girls weekend and the room was spacious, the Tiki Bar was on site, the beach was pretty and everything was close therefore no driving necessary.

Pros: The kitchette & the sink outside of the bathroom.
Cons: The odd placement of the light switches.
Location: It is a good location in Treasure Island. Inadequate parking.
Front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. Parking was limited. No pool. Not impressed with the amount of money that it cost. Won't say I'd never stay there again but I'll be looking for alternatives the next time I'm in the area.

Where to start... for a $200 one-king bed room, I was treated to an old cathode-ray tube television with half of the stations lacking audio, the "free wireless" was intermittent at best, the AC unit was at least 15 years old and sounded like a jackhammer, and they couldn't even provide you with 2 ply toilet paper. The bed was horrendous... the comforter was filthy and the bed itself felt like one that folded out of a couch. To add insult to injury, I was charged an additional :resort fee" upon checkout and nearly blew a gasket but I kept my cool. This place is not a resort.. no room service, no pool, no amenities at all. Perhaps they are starting a fund to buy TVs made in this century and upgrade to 2-ply toilet paper??? Absolutely awful.

Right on the beach no frills but everything you need. Price was right. One complaint, our room needed new mattresses and pillows.

Nice hotel for family with car

Pros: free kayaks, grilling out, beach was nice and not crowded.
Cons: We had to stay on the 2nd floor. We had booked our trip through Expedia and tried to get moved to a higher level but were unable to.
Location: Location is nice if you have a car to drive. We flew and did not rent a car and the closest places to eat and shop were 1/2 mile or farther away.
The room was nice. We did not like being on the 2nd floor. Lots of things to do for kids.ok

"What a view"

Pros: The view is awesome
Cons: It is an older hotel so it does not have all of the amenities of a newer one such as a restaurant and indoor bar.
Location: Great location. It is very close to John's Pass, which is a must see!
Although the building shows signs of age, the rooms are comfortable and you can't beat the view. It is only steps to a beautiful beach. This is the 4th time I have stayed here and I'm sure I will be back.

Excellent location. All staff were more than helpful, friendly and very professional. The front desk staff couldn't have been nicer. The room was clean, some renovating was done. the beds needed replacment. Overall 4.5 out of 5.

Pros: The view
Cons: The room
The only thing going for this hotel was the view of the ocean. Bed's needing replacing and smelled like it. Room not maintained well at all. We were suppose to stay 4 nights, checked out after 1. Have stayed in several places on Treasure island and this one was very disappointing.

This hotel was good for what we were looking for and the location can't be beat. My only issue was that the hotel is a bit old and slightly run down and our room smelled like smoke/musty, we kept the balcony door opened and that helped quite a bit.
