Central Access For MePosted Jan 26, 2015
Overall for me it was in a good location. The staff were helpful and polite. My only negative experience would be that my room was close to a stairwell and people leaving very early in the morning were not considerate on how loud they talk or drag their luggage down the stairs, not really a hotel thing but more a people thing.

Good locationPosted Jan 15, 2015
Pros: Comfy beds.
Cons: Upgrade the breakfast a little with choices.
Location: Right off US-19. Not far from shopping, etc. Large mall nearby with huge Cinemas & 6 chain restaurants attached. Great concept!
Hotel was right off of US 19, close to restaurants & shopping. At this time, however, there's road construction EVERYwhere all along the highway. Miles and miles. Very inconvenient, but necessary. We also saw that is was a pet-friendly hotel, which you don't find too often. The room was comfortable, with fridge & microwave. We slept great; it wasn't noisy there at all. Breakfast was decent, too.

Excellent ValuePosted Jan 13, 2015
Pros: Bed/room/internet view of pool, not sure I would like it over the car park.
Cons: furniture could be up dated, may be break fast could have warm food.
Location: For what we wanted it was good, go to the beach in about 15/20 minutes, easy drive,
We stayed here for one night, went to Ruth Eckhart to see The Beach Boys (wonderful ) and it was perfect for that, when we go there again, we will stay here.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I would advise you to buy a pack of breakfast meat if you enjoy eating meat with your waffle. The room was clean with no odors, and the bed was comfortable to sleep on.

DeceivingPosted Nov 11, 2014
all rooms were said to be non smoking, the room had the worst ashtray odor as soon as you open the door. The tub focet was hanging off the wall, there were holes all in the blankets. It didnt look like the carpet had been vaccumed in quit some time. The "indoor" pool is NOT indoors and was dirty. The website made it seem like a solid decent hotel and it was far from that. There was a room right in front of the pool that had all sorts of things stuck to ths sliding glass door with neon signs and strobe lights and other lights of that nature. When they realized we were outside they quickly shut their drapes. From the looks of it, they lived on this room. I would never recommended this place to anyone. There was another woman and her daughter walking around checking the place out and she looked just as deceived and disappointed as I was. Needless to say, i did not stay and ended up at the holiday inn express down the road.

NOT GOOD!Posted Oct 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
THE STAY WAS BY FAR THE WORSE IN YEARS. aS SOON AS WE GOT TO OUR ROOM, WE WERE GREETED BY A HUGE ROACH ON THE RUG...THE SIZE OF A OLD SILVER DOLLAR OR BIGGER! THERE WAS A SHORTAGE ON PAPER PRODUCTS AS IF THE ROOM ATTENDANT NEVER REFILLED AFTER LAST GUEST. THERE WAS A STINCH IN THE ROOM...BAD ODOR THAT STUCK IN MY NOSE...I STILL SMELL IT. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT OUR STAY WAS THAT THEY HAD AN AWESOME BREAKFAST.

Great price but needs some TLCPosted Oct 21, 2014
The price of this hotel is awesome and it is pet - friendly which is why we chose it. There are several good things about this place including a large pool (not heated) and hot tub. The bathroom was big and clean but pretty plain. The walk out patio was very convenient for bringing in luggage and bringing the dog out. The breakfast had the most options I've seen in a while and the breakfast room is big, clean and bright. The cons: My room had a weird smell until I aired it out for a few minutes and when I checked the mattresses for bed bugs (there were none) the box springs were full of sand, dirt, etc. Housekeeping should perhaps pull the mattresses off periodically and vacuum the box springs. All in all, a darn good deal for the price!

Not as good as advertisedPosted Oct 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
The layout of the hotel is VERY awkward. We had to use a keycard to get through 1 door, go up stairs that are outside, use the keycard for a second door, and then get to our room. This was quite difficult since we have a baby and had to bring all of his things with us. In addition, they should not advertise they have cribs because all they provided was a Graco Pack n Play and it did not have the infant bassinet. So it was almost as if he was sleeping on the floor. If I had known it was going to be a pseudo-crib, I would have brought my own Pack n Play.
