Red eye flight to Tampa, arrived around 7am and check in is 3pm what to do. The lady at the counter said no problem. Recommend this place to anyone. Only one problem: no microwave. I wanted to make a popped corn for my daughter. She said $$ per day to rent. Need to do some work on that one. Other than that five stars.

Comfortable. More a leisure hotel than a business hotel since I could only receive email but I couldn't send email. Very nice breakfast. A casual restaurant within walking distance and several more within a short drive

This hotel has been recently updated. Great central location to visit Tampa Bay area. Mall and restaurants within easy walking distance. Room was very comfortable with a decent bed.

“Great place to stay”

We have stayed at this location several times. Clean, safe location staff is friendly and always accommodating. Always clean and well kept property. Location is central in Clearwater; not being on the beach is not necessarily a bad thing. Close to Route 60 Bay to Shore and US 19 give this hotel easy access to all things in the Clearwater and St. Petersburg area.

“Very satisfied”

La Quinta Inn Clearwater is a great value for everyone! I had a clean, comfortable room with a working air conditioner--temperature outside for my two day stay was 90+ degrees. The price is good, especially if purchased in advance as a part of a package deal with airfare and car rental.

“Great Choice”

Not only was the hotel itself great, but the location was perfect. Staff was nice, rooms very clean, pool was perfect, large whirlpool, definitely get a second floor...balcony was nice. Felt very secure. Continental breakfast every morning....could use a variety of hot food but still good. Would stay again.

“Great hotel for the price”

The hotel is in a good location. We went for Phillies spring training and it's within walking distance. The service was good and room was clean. I asked for a room by the pool which they didn't have, but that's ok because we were barely there. Nice pool and great breakfast.

“Very impressed”

Even though our reservation was for a double they didn't have a problem with switching to single room. Even though that hotel is located by the busy route it was very quiet. Room was clean, as well as sorroundings. Breakfast I would call something more than just continental which was a very nice surprise. In general my wife and I were very satisfied with this hotel, and we are 100% sure that on our next trip to Florida we will stay at this very hotel. Good job guys, and keep it up.
