Cons: Please see above.
Expedia failed to inform Inn of need for handicapped accommodations. This caused much concern and anxiety, The Inn staff did everything they possibly could to rectify this problem. I doubt I would ever use your company again or advise any of my staff or family to use Expedia.

Thanksgiving stayPosted Dec 3, 2013
so we got there couple of days before Thanksgiving there was a slightly musty smell that went away as soon as we opened up the door a bit. The beds were great very comfy and very clean smelling...but there was food on the carpet like they had forgotten to vacuum it and the bathtub could have definitely used a redo completely they were cigarette burns all over the tub but I have to say that it did not smell like cigarette smoke...the tub was stained slightly and there was a mildew in the soap dish....but overall it was not a bad place to stay....and I must say that single guy that volunteered to work Thanksgiving was pretty cool

Look elsewherePosted Nov 5, 2013
Just were staying for one night and the hotel was near our destination. We trusted the chain name so decided that the room would be fine. The room had dirty rugs, a hole in he drywall, a tiny, dingy bathroom, stains on the bed, and a very "interesting" aroma. We truly are not picky people but this place was gross. You can do better.

Good value, great stayPosted Oct 21, 2013
Pros: Proximity to highway and near my targeted destination. Hotel had nice pool, and I would have loved to used it if I had the time.
Friends told me the hotel had been recently renovated and wanted to know how it was now. I told them the room was very nice, quiet, despite the fact that my room was located close to the highway. Room was very clean, modern and comfortable, and room had enough area to spread out, work, and recharge electronic devices. Very nice place to stay.

Nice hotel in Pinellas parkPosted Oct 10, 2013
Our stay was quite pleasant except that in the middle of the night the air conditioner stopped working. The night staff was no help but the day people took care of us.

Great location!Posted Aug 18, 2013
Pros: The proximity to major roads and the very pleasant staff.
Cons: Maybe some remodeling and freshening up; especially in the bathroom tub surround.
Location: It's short walk to the Park Place Mall and Route 19 and Park Place/Gandy Blvd. There is a major bus stop on the south side of the mall; convenient!
This hotel is in a great location to access main roadways. The traffic was really heavy during peak hours and provided some entertainment while hanging out on the balcony. Due to the location the traffic noise was high, but pretty wuiet in the room. This is obviously a well used/older facility and a little worn around the edges. Overall, for $55 per night, it was a fine place to stay. We were happy with the value and the staff. especially Sam the night auditor, was super helpful.

Not going to Laquinta againPosted Aug 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
Ok so on a good note no bugs. But old hotel with poor conditions. Upon checking into the room found no towels for bathing, went to front desk explained no towels and they said they will send some ASAP. Well 35 minutes later they bring towels didn't have time to check them. Returned after my event to find that they did not bring bath towels just hand towels so I had to go back to the front desk and ask again for bath towels. Then the toilet wouldn't flush properly and by the 2nd day the sink took forever to drain. The paint on the lamp was all chipped off. Wifi in the room worked. Not enough outlets they had the wifi/cable box on the night stand plugged in and the phone so the alarm clock couldn't be used because no outlet. Gee a power strip would have been nice. The room did smell musty and the bathroom had a urine smell. Tub and shower old and the tub floor had been stained from use and wasn't white anymore looked dirty. So for 59.00 per night was nothing to brag out. The free breakfast was a joke. Nothing fresh just bagged bagels and bread and even bagged waffles --GROSS!! Well at least no bugs or crazy people but I'll spend more next time and use a better hotel.
