Property Amenities
Experience St. Pete Beach's newest sanctuary of relaxation within Don CeSar Beach Resort. Spa Oceana welcomes guests with 11,000 square feet of tranquil space and exceptional spa services including 16 treatment rooms.
From the hydrotherapy whirlpool to the secret rooftop garden with an outdoor fire pit, guests will bask in the spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico and find countless ways to rejuvenate mind, body, and spirit. Private suites for special getaways are also available.
Dining is on seaside terraces, around the pool, or in the acclaimed Maritana Grille. A favorite with locals, the King Charles Sunday Brunch is an extravaganza with more than 180 buffet items.
Also on site are meeting and conference space, a kids' club (surcharge), a shopping arcade, and hotel-wide wireless Internet access (included in hotel resort fee).
Rooms
Guestrooms at this St. Pete Beach, Florida beach resort include custom-made wrought-iron beds with triple sheeting and down bedding, crown molding, and sky-blue ceilings with ceiling fans. Bathrooms have marble walls and vanities, and some rooms have armchairs and ottomans.

The Maritana Grille - Fine dining, located off the lobby. Nautical-themed décor. Saltwater aquariums with over 1,500 gallons of water, home to indigenous fish. Florida-Caribbean cuisine. Selection of items grilled over pecan and cherry woods includes seafood, shellfish, and steaks. Selection of 140 wines. Chef's Table, held nightly in the kitchen for up to eight guests. Nightly dinner served. Reservations recommended; jackets not required.
Sea Porch Café - Walls of windows open to the surrounding beach, trees, and Gulf in a garden setting of white wicker furniture and brightly painted greenhouse scenes. Indoor and terrace dining. Light meals with Caribbean and Mediterranean flavors. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Beachcomber Bar and Grill - Located on the pool deck. Light fare, specialty drinks. Open from early morning to sunset.
Lobby Bar/Lounge - Living-room atmosphere. Occasional live entertainment. Open from early evening to late evening.

Recreation
Guests at this Florida beachfront resort have access to two outdoor pools, one with an underwater sound system. They also have complimentary use of the fitness center, sauna, and steam rooms in the health-and-beauty spa. Personal trainers and lessons, including yoga on the beach, can also be arranged (surcharges).
Camp Cesar, the resort's kids' camp, entertains children ages 5–10 with crafts, scavenger hunts, jewelry-making, and Friday-evening pizza parties (surcharges). Another attraction is a game room with arcade-style video games (surcharges).
Water-sports rentals are available on the beach adjacent to Don Cesar Beach Resort and include personal watercraft and parasailing equipment.
Frank Hurley Park is located one mile south of the resort, on 16th Avenue in Pass a Grille. It has a pavilion, barbecue grills, baseball diamond, tennis court, basketball court, and restrooms with showers on the beach side. It can be reached by car or by walking down the beach.
Twin Brooks Golf Course, a public par-3, 18-hole course, is located six miles from the hotel. It offers a pro shop, PGA instruction, snack area, and club rental.
Fort De Soto Park, 7.5 miles from this Florida beach resort, has 1,136 acres on five interconnected islands. Among its many facilities are a historic fort, canoe trail, boat launching facility, beach areas, fishing piers with food and bait concessions, and the Quartermaster Museum.

“Beautiful Beach Setting”
I was very happy with the hotel. The serive was great. The beach is beautiful. It helps to have perfect weather the whole time there. Everyone was very helpful from check in to check out.

What a great place! The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive to every request. The location was great. The beach and pool staff were great. The resturants were wonderful. We met a couple who told us about a sunset cruise. The desk personnel not only helped us book the cruise but the door staff drove us to the dock and pickedus up when were wer done! Worth the money! Beach was clean, dolphins came by every morning, plenty of fish in the water. Great trip! We are booking for next year, same time!

Don Cesar Beach Resort is a great place to stay. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the the service was outstanding in all respects. The on-site restaurants were a bit pricey, but they did have a reasonably priced children's menu.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night. My daughter and I had spa treatments in the afternoon. My husband and I spent some quite time at the beach front bar. Enjoyed a fine dinner and relaxed. I would highly recommend this hotel as it was well worth it. The service in the hotel, bar and spa was superb. I look forward to returning.

We have stayed at the "Don" for our girl's trip the last two years. It has been fabulous both times...we already cannot wait until next year...The service is exceptional. From the front desk, bell staff, maid service and wait staff, all were friendly and efficient. The facility is first rate. Right on the beach with great chairs and helpful dudes out there too. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Some rooms are small but if you get the right one it is amazing. Easy access to other restaurants and bars make it unnecessary to rent a car too. Great experience.
“Best vacation ever.”
My boyfriend and I booked the Don for a romantic long weekend. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and beach. The standard room is small but you won't care at all. It's lovely and the bed is so comfortable. There are high thread count sheets and the best feather pillows in the world (there is a pillow menu, so you can get any kind of pillow you want). I'm a vegetarian and the chef made special meals for me at a very reasonable price. The beach has the best sand and water and is not crowded at all. The lounge chairs are plushly padded, the pool towels are super sized, and there are flags on the lounge chairs to beckon the wait staff. Heavenly! We will definately be going back.
“The Best Hotel In Florida”
I've travelled a lot and have yet to come across a hotel as beautiful and with such history as this one. The bed was a giant fluff of down, The room service was fabulous, the spa was beyond words, Poolside was fabulous, and the ocean just a few steps away was powdery white sand and the cleanest I've ever seen. I can't wait to return. It was absolute perfection.
