My ocean view room was 25 feet directly across from a parking garage, Soo if the blind was open everyone sees right into the room. The parking garage gates were non working. The door going to the balcony had a sign on it to not open the door. There was trash in the room and on balcony. The drain in the shower did not work, and hair was coming out of the drain. Lots of dust in room.

They only gave you 2 waters for the first day only, when they cleaned the room they never replaced the coffee cups or coffee. They cleaned the room every other day, but never came in every day just make the beds or empty the trash. The receptionist had a little attitude problem.

The hotel was very accommodating. We were a couple hours early. They let us park and use the pool and beach. We also were upgraded to a semi beach view room. The rooms were nice size, super clean and the bed was comfortable. We ate at the restaurant (CabanaCoastal) inside for lunch and it was delicious. The pool was nice, beach was clean. Definitely will stay again

Our stay here was great! The staff was wonderful and even upgraded our room to an ocean/pool front. The room and bathroom were very clean! My only complaint is the noise from the pool being pool/ocean side. The music from the outdoor bar and the noise from the pool was quite loud in our room. We were on the 2nd floor so perhaps it is better if you’re higher up. Overall I would absolutely stay there again!

The room is pretty small , the bathroom sink table is just too tiny , and you connecting the light between sink and bathroom is just not convenient. We want to turn on the sink's light without bathroom fan on , just can't do it , The cleanliness also average , but you got good location with private beach , that's a plus ! We were not really satisfy with our room , very loud vehicle noises early in the morning also annoying. You got great Cabana Grilled restaurant with delicious meals and reasonable prices and easy to reach , is a plus . So overall there plus and minus .

Just a no frills hotel. Pool and beach was excellent. Bathroom shower head some were blocked over all shower head didn't look clean. Not enough pressure to rinse my hair

The front staff when we checked in was not helpful. She was short and didn’t fully communicate some key items. We had booked a king. When we checked in she didn’t say anything about that being changed. We got up to the room to see it had 2 queens. I went back down and that’s when she decided to let me know that they had no king rooms (ours was under construction as it had just lost what that morning apparently). She said there was a note on our booking about this. Not sure why she didn’t relay this info BEFORE we hauled all of our luggage upstairs. She then said all she had was queen rooms…she ended up giving us an “upgrade” to a poolside 2 queen room. The whole time she seemed this whole thing was a problem to her to move us even though we had booked a king. The hotel is older (which I don’t mind) but the staff could use a little dash of friendly and customer service.
