Comfortable hotel close to attractions

Posted Jan 20, 2015
This hotel was great and comfortable for the three night stay I had in it. It was also just minutes from beaches, parks, restaurants, stores, and other attractions. A few little bits of paint peeled off the walls in our restroom, but the room was great and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was your typical continental breakfast.

Quiet hotel, helpful staff

Posted Jan 14, 2015
Pros: everything
Cons: nothing
Location: It's about 5 minutes away from the Greek restaurants in Tarpon Springs.
Quality Inn and Suites is a nice, standard hotel, nothing fancy. Jared at the front desk was particularly thoughtful and helpful.

Bathrooms could use and upgrade, but were clean. Small veranda which was nice and beautiful landscaping around pool.

the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had forgotten my laptop but no problem. The hotel provides a computer and printer :-). And their breakfast is simply superb!

Nice place, available in area with little hotels

Posted Dec 17, 2014
Pros: location, pricing, facility
Cons: Back hallways, back gate needing refurbishing, looking rather depressing
Location: Great location, not many decent places to stay
We just basically slept there, visiting family. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast. Affordable. Would stay there again.

Nice hotel close to amenities.

Location: Right on us19, easy access to movies, restaurants and only a few miles from old town Tarpon Springs and Greek town.
The exterior of the hotel and the lobby are quite nice. Nice landscaping, pool area and lobby. A lobby bar, with pool table and dart board, and great seating areas to relax or have breakfast. The breakfast spread was really nice--waffles, biscuits and gravy, bacon and eggs, alongside the usual cereal, fruit, breads and yogurt. The rooms were ok, at first glance. But looking closer, the desk and tables were pretty rickety; the legs were splaying and wobbly. Lying in bed looking up at the painting above my head, there was paint on the underside of the frame. I thought, "surely they didn't paint around this painting", so I lifted it away from the wall, to find they had! A different color behind all of the paintings in the room--why take that shortcut? Also, after having the comforter tags in my face the first night I attempted to spin the blanket pto put the tags at the foot of the bed, only to find it was a single sized comforter turned sideways to fit the king sized bed. So I had tags no matter what, and basically the bed was short-sheeted. Little shortcuts like that make it not an excellent hotel, but comfortable enough.
