Got this room for $50 and it was actually really nice. Rooms were updated, quiet, nice pool area. Best part was the surprisingly upscale restaurant. Best fish tacos ever!

Pros: Pool area is nice.
We stayed for 3 days. The 1st night there was no hot water and the Jacuzzi didn't work, we were not offered anything to make up for the inconvenience of taking a cold shower. It was also annoying that I couldn't plug my hair straightener in the bathroom, the style of the socket was old and I had to plug it into the lamp and not see what I was doing.

In regards to the issues you have mentioned, maintenance was made aware that there was no hot water at 6am at that same day. They quickly responded and were able to get it back up by noon. Jacuzzi was out due to electrical problems. Management decided to put it out of order for our guest own safety. Front desk or maintenance would have been happier to bring in a extension cord or socket to your room if our outlets were the only issues with the room.

Pros: It was just a Hotel
Had a King Size bed with 4 very small round pillows that when you lay your head on them, you sink down to the mattress. Also the Air Condition would keep turning on for a while then off for a while then on again. Could not sleep well. The water in the pool was just as hot as the Jacuzze.

Close to beach

Too much construction had to change rooms cutting down trees while trying to swim I appreciate the move but it was through out the whole building

Close to airport and restaurants

Pros: location and price
Cons: bed was a little squeaky.
This hotel is nicely priced and close to Clearwater Airport and have plenty of choices of restaurants. Interstate 275 is just down the road, to take you to Tampa Airport, malls, other attractions.

Airport was close to airport, but was at end of runway which made for some very noisy moments. Hotel did not offer free breakfast and bathroom fixtures were very old and outdated, drain plugs had to be removed to drain water. Please put more money into the rooms, I don't need to have a pool for business travel.

Since we do not offer complimentary breakfast, we do provide all our guest 15% discount at our restaurant Kingfish Grill and Taphouse. They make exceptional breakfast. Bad start good ending

I stayed with my wife and 7 month old baby. Our first night wasn't good because when we walked in the smell of room wasn't a good smell. The air condition wasn't working but since it's our first night I thought it was going to get better but it didn't happen. So next day I told the person at the desk. She apologize and gave us a different room. We can feel the big difference just walking into the new room. The jacuzzi was out of order but they fixed it our last night. So that was good too. I also checked out the workout room look clean and if I wasn't on a mini vacation. I would have tried out the equipments. So besides the ac problem it was good stay. My only advice is for the employees to make sure room is ready before issuing it out.

Location: Location is a long way from our son's house. Easy to get to the airport.
Clean room, nice staff. Liked the discount at the restaurant. Much better than breakfast in the hotel.
